Wow! We were faced last week with a hefty tax bill due tomorrow. We are in the process of borrowing from the 401k. So now are budget is changing and is our paychecks will be $275 less. I love the bullet journal because everything just fits so nicely and makes me satisfied; I though I wouldn’t use it because of the time consuming planning either but I just fill it up for a month in advance when I know I won’t have time. I also love the new wallet!

How do you know how much you’re going to put towards your debt snowball for April when this is only your first paycheck of the month?

Well she said she’s going to make the $1811 payment as soon as the transfer clears her Capital One account. How would she already have the money to do that if she hasn’t received her second paycheck of April yet?
My car payment is due in the middle of the month. So the second paycheck from the previous month and the first paycheck from the current month make up the amount I'll put toward my car payment 😊
Alyssa Herbert Oh gotcha!! Thank you! I was so confused. I was like why wouldn’t she wait until the end of the month to make her extra debt payment so you have another paycheck to pull from. I didn’t even think about the due date!

Yep, there's a couple of videos on my channel showing how to make them. And it's from the Kate Spade outlets!
In order to help you not forget. Write out a "Cheat Sheet" with all of your envelopes with the monthly or per paycheck amount on it. Laminate it and use checkmarks to verify that you took it out.
I've done that so many times but then it gets moved or something 😂 Time to do it again!

You could just use Google Sheets and enter things manually. I tried a bunch of financial apps and personally didnt like them so if thats the case with you, try Sheets
Yes Dave Ramsey has a free app called every dollar I use it along with cash envelopes and it works out great. He has an extension of every dollar that you can pay for that is linked to your checking account too.
YNAB (you need a budget) is the best budgeting app out there IMO
Aja Dang has a budgeting spreadsheet. You can find it in her drop down for her budgeting videos.

i dont know her reason but for me i spent 5 years using $and ¥ from living in Japan. so it became a habit to me to use the sign. even now when i try without the sign is looks wrong on my spreadsheet lol
