Taras, Try Deviled Chicken and Deviled Ham in small cans with white paper on them. It's sold here in the US and I think it's like your pastiert. I think you will really like it. It's sold near the tuna with all those canned meats. It's yummy.

I ordered a Russian ration off Amazon and tbh it was one of the best things I've ever eaten, aside from the Pashtet. I found the metallic taste too off-putting. I wasn't too fond of the vegetable puree either. Everything else though was so good. 9/10 highly recommend
