hello my Russian friend,
Those 2 silver bags are our warm food.
We pour water in a sort of cooking pan called a Messtin and then you put those 2 bags in them without opening them. We have those matches to light up a piece of Esbit wich we put into a small, metallic standard called a Kochertje. When you get the feeling those bags are warm enough you can open them up and eat. We use the cooking water for soup, coffee, tea or whatever you like!

We normally put all the biscuits and “dextrose tabletten” in one of the plastic ziplock bags included in the MRE pack. You can also put in the peanuts in the bag. This way you can snack away during field days ;)
