- Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make the best tres leches cake, super easy, delicious and perfect each time you bake it!!!! Ingredients:
1 box vanilla cake mix
Add 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla
2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
14 oz condensed milk
12 oz evaporated milk
2 cups whipping cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Mexican vanilla
Ground cinnamon
Your favorite fruit for topping
1 serving of love 💕

Guys!! So i made this following her intrustions, OMG!! it taste just like the tres leches you get from the store... when she said "so delicious" she wasn't lying.... My husband LOVED it and my friends were devouring it. It's very easy to make and very delicious 😍 you guys don't know what you are missing out lol

The authentic Cuban recipe is multi-step and very complicated. Sweetheart made it simple for us to pull off! God bless her!

Wow just made this for a party and it was amazing!!! Everyone loved it. I followed it exactly...except for the whipped topping I put in 2 tbsp of powdered sugar instead. Also I don’t have Mexican vanilla so I used regular. Thank you!!! This is going to be a staple of mine :)
I made this but used coconut milk instead of half and half. I then added toasted coconut flakes on top, it was bomb. Going to make it again tomorrow for xmas eve, we are getting tamales and this will be dessert.

I’ve never thought to use a food processor to whip but now I know I can start whipping when my mixer is in use. I usually make huge cakes with different flavors and toppings so all my appliances are usually running. Thanks for the tip!

Claudia, I don't know if you ever tried it this way, but my recipe is all the same for the bread but I make the milk with just 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can evaporated milk, and 1 can of Nestle table creme in Spanish its called media crema. As for the whip cream for the top of the cake I take the lazy way out and use Cool Whip. 😂😂 its delicious. Hope you make it for your family to try. Its not to sweet at all.

Made this cake exactly like she did last year and OMG it’s so good like the best tres leches I’ve ever tasted it’s so moist and flavorful and when you leave it to marinate it get this like cake milk chunks and its sooooo good and just make it if you get the chance I promise you won’t regret it!!:)
