Because of the heat down here in Florida I will start washing at 8Am for the summer with just 2 jobs so the days will be short to avoid the heat of the afternoon. I need to be home and at the bottom of the swimming pool cooling down. most of the year I am starting at 9AM unless I have work on the water, I start at sunrise to beat the wind down by the sea. all the homes are 2 and 3 stories.

Week days I am rolling up to the first house at 8am. Lately I have been doing a quick housewash, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning on the weekends. Something I can get in and out in 1 hour and home before the kids wake up 😁. On those days I will start at 7:30am with the homeowners approval. 7am if the house is in a rural area 😁

I usually start residential jobs at 9:30 my theory is it gives the home owner time to get up and leave for work so I’m not blocking them in or getting bleach overspray on them before they go to work. I’m usually in my shop at 7:30 am doing invoices and loading up the rig for the day
I really like that
I tell clients between 8-9 but always there at 8 or right after for the most part. But if something goes off in the morning traffic etc I’m not stressing about telling a customer one time and being there late. But right at 8, get water hooked up, walk the property, get protection in place can be spraying at 8:30 for me that’s ideal atm.

@@Actristt No, I think the best way to spray when there is known oxidation is to spray at a wide fan pattern, from a distance.
I start at 8 if I’m running the machine. If just the 12v maybe earlier,just depends on the customer.

I start at 10 in March. 9am in April, May, Sept, and Oct. 8am in the summer months in a neighborhood, 7am if the house is a stand alone outside a neighborhood.
