In being called out multiple times in a short time period you’ve given everyone an example of how we are to respond. The world and even some doing the calling out and even myself tend to snap back but you have taken the time to admit faults and explain the thought process too. As a believer people over profits is Philippians 2:3-4 lived out… Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
I love the fact there can be mentors like you that not only help guide us through business, but also shows us how to Honour and Glorify the Lord as we do it. Keep up the great work. #peopleoverprofit is a great concept. Love it
The world needs more kindness, when I show up, I am there to be friendly and kind, the work gets done the same every day, being kind to all leads to profits, and a lot of kind things said about you. Like when your kind 90% of your customers will talk to others about you and your kindness and great work ethic. So, get after it and be kind and honest. Like last week, I showed up and said to the older gent that his driveway and pool cage really didn't need to be cleaned, the man was so happy about me being honest, I told him integrity is 100% the only thing you will take with you when your life is over. Absolutely epic to see another brother in Christ bringing the kingdom to the workplace where is needed. As a provider for the family we spend more time working and then we do with our family which is sad. But it needs to be done. So as an employer to be able to have a work place that is not only family oriented but kingdom oriented is the best thing we can do.

I practice people over profit all the time and I’m blessed with profit. Once a week, I wash military tombstones and pay for the chemicals myself. I work with a charity that builds wheelchair ramps and remodel unsafe houses for the elderly. Twice a month I team up with them to wash a nasty wheelchair ramp or a house. Every paying job I try to wash something simple for free. I learned 25 years ago that you can have everything you want in life if you’ll just help enough other people get what they want.

So this video could be made and shared with others. You have handled this with the utmost grace and professionalism and turned a silly drama into a powerful message to others.
I see this so much to be a selfless mindset. Whether it's stopping to hold a door, buying a stranger a meal, etc., etc... we all should constantly be jumping at opportunities to do random acts of kindness and thinking of the needs of others. It's as much upbringing as it is a choice we make. I choose selflessness!
What the world needs most are kind people. People that'll help others without thought of any type of reward. That's the way I was raised, just be a good person....

Heyy Mike I know it's been awhile since we last chatted, and I would like for you to know that I am turning the page, so to speak, I am committing my life to God and Jesus Christ. Though I've only been going to church for a short while, I am "taking the plunge" this Wednesday at five o'clock, yes, I'm getting baptized LoL It may seem a little strange, but I'm not getting any younger or prettier and the time has come to take what I should have done after almost fourty years, I was given a second chance at life back in 1986 when Jesus told me he wasn't ready for me yet, I had been working very long hours and I was asked to drive a semi over to the next town we were scheduled to open at, I got in and got rolling, down through town and out to the interstate, I was so tired I had passed out, and as I was coming to, I had heard a voice saying "I'm not ready for you yet, go forth and redeem yourself", well, I had to be cut out of the semi, I didn't really know that I should have tried to be more spiritual, but now I am getting baptized this Wednesday, I thought that you may like to know,
