Halfway through making this video I stumbled across a very old reddit post from thevilnside showcasing this spot. I had no idea he found it first, so that makes him the first to discover it. The map and the routing looks much different though, and he doesn't include the extra strategies and variations that I showed. I still want to post this video though because it provides a lot of useful information regarding the climb. I searched pretty far and this was the only post on the internet that showed the climb.

Also, I forgot to mention that the other side has these same light posts but they have no hitbox and you cannot climb them. So the climb only works on one side of the POI. Not sure why but maybe they got removed after the olympus map update? The climb also seems intentional by the devs but is just really hard to spot. I just tried it one time cause why not and I ended up getting that mantle and was really surprised finding out that it was possible.
yeah he did. cus OF COURSE HE DID. We will never know peace. we could come up with the most insane movement tech or combo, and later figure out thevilnside did it 15 years ago on accident while discovering a completely different movement tech.
