Beautiful illustrations!
Hi Paolo.. loved the last session you did for Affinity! Can't wait to see this one :)
Please consider adding HSB/HSV color picker. I already owned AD for desktop but I'm hesitated to buy the ipad version because there's no HSB/HSV color picker. Many people asked for it in Affinity forum and still no response from Affinity team.
Hello Affinity Because you only focus on looking for talent in the Illustration, it would be good to also look for talent in which they demonstrate in the themes of Logo design, Branding and Stationery.
Totally
You draw in the Afinity foto app. Please tell me, is it possible to make such drawings using this set of brushes in the Afynity design 2 application on the Ipad?
Hi, you can also achieve the same effect with Affinity Designer in the Pixel Persona, and yes that is available on the iPad version too.
What is an Artkit Mk2 ?
Hi! It is a set of macros. I've rigged them exposing some parameters to quickly modify inputs and other variables. You can find the MK1 version in the description of this tutorial czcams.com/video/5mUNydmpmFM/video.html
@@paololimoncelli6152 Yes, I got it. Thank you very much.
Affinity doesn’t listen to people who use products it seems. They know it can’t compete at the highest levels of retouching so they’ve abandoned bringing on a true high end retoucher. They even removed a video because a person corrected them on how to properly use fs.
It’s a great program but it has a lot of catching up to do. Can’t handle huge files like it claims it does. Goes crazy trying to handle A7riv files on high end window’s pcs
We heard your request and would like to do a Creative Session with a retoucher - however it has to be the right person.
This latest series of Creative Sessions are aimed at demonstrating the new content packs available on the Affinity Store and so a 'high end beauty retoucher' was not on the cards this time.
"They know it can’t compete at the highest levels of retouching so they’ve abandoned bringing on a true high end retoucher. They even removed a video because a person corrected them on how to properly use fs."
This is not true.
@@Affinitybyserif frequency separation video you posted 3 months ago. You had posted a video on frequency separation before that. Why did you remove that video on frequency separation you had posted just a few days before?(the one that pertained to portrait retouching)
I like Affinity's products a lot and recommend them to my students, but unfortunately, this person's accent is so thick it's way too difficult to follow. PLEASE Affinity, when you have a video in English get a someone without such a thick accent. It just looks bad.
Wow, obnoxious! And I'm not using another term who would imply something worse. Indeed, I actually think you are "faking" to not understand, because the automatic captioning from CZcams managed to understand perfectly
Personally, his "thick accent" was not a problem at all, mostly when the video is 5%,6% talked and the rest is literally showcase.
Moreover, it would be quite insensitive towards the artist to show a set of brushes by someone who didn't work on them rather than by THE CREATOR themselves!
Paolo Limoncelli always gave great brushes for serif/affinity (and other apps), he doesn't deserve this kind of attitude. I come here to see any opinion on the set before buying it and this is the first comment I see (unrelated to the pack!). Very disappointed in the community
The speed of the video, with the loud background music and Paolo’s accent did make it hard for me to follow his work.
couldn't agree more...hard to understand narrator, not his problem, he can speak however he wants. i'm sure he is brilliant, just a poor choice to showcase product to english speaking audience
Useless! You don’t show HOW you are doing these things, what selections etc!
Hi Mike, this is not a tutorial video, this is a showcase of the Caligo brushes, by it's creator - it's designed to inspire! That said you can see what brushes he is using on the right hand panel.
