How to pronounce correctly SHEEP & SHIP

This quick video is about the difference of two sounds: /iː/ and /ɪ/.
/iː/ is a long sound, but /ɪ/ is a short sound.
Examples (with phonetical transcription) used in the video:
sheep - ship
/ʃiːp /- /ʃɪp/
bean - bin
/biːn/ - /bɪn/
eat - it
/iːt/ - /ɪt/
seat - sit
/siːt/ - /sɪt/
leek - lick
/liːk/ - /lɪk/
cheeks - chicks
/ʧiːks/ - /ʧɪks/
Other examples:
heel - hill
peel - pill
cheap - chip
teens - tins
