Imagine the work that goes into planning those buildings. I wonder how many architects and draftsman have been involved so far and how many craftsmen will be involved in finishing it.

Leave it up to you to get in there Tony. I know some people whose cremains are there in the first and fourth floors. 40 years ago, I noticed the staircase hidden behind that opaque yellow glass. I have since been curious to see it….now, thanks to you, we can all see the spectacular beauty of that place….even in its incomplete condition. Wow!! is the only response.

Wow what a place! So cool that they’re carrying forward with something started so long ago. It certainly wouldn’t look like that if they started it today. Thanks for sharing this, Tony!

The light in the space is heavenly! Such great light! Overall it is a truly amazing place! It must have been such a thrill for you to be walking up the stair's!! It was a thrill for me! Thank you!

Majestic floors, and that elevator is beautiful . Built to stand for a couple of centuries, and no hurry to finish, im wondering if the owners are having troubles finding the craftsmen that have the Talent, Skills and the Knack to pick up where the OG Crews left off .

The colubarium niche sales probably dropped way off because of the Depression. Scattering remains suddenly became fashionable.

WOW to finish the 2 upper floors around 150 to 300 million that is impressive what a beautiful place that Columbarum was designed to be a Grand Motel .. I would love to know how much it cost to put someone's ashes there ??? Great video Mr Tony

El grueso de la edificación está terminado. La conclusión de la presente obra, es lo más caro. Los números se disparan al hacer los presupuestos. Es una belleza aún sin terminar.

I liked how you started filming 🎥 the inside, with a dead mouse 🐁 ( just kidding) Even uncompleted, the second and third floors look great! Like yourself, I cannot wait to see the floors completed. What do you think the hold up is, money 💰 again? Great video, thank you very much Tony. Have a great day 😀

It is fortunate that those floors have not been completed, because the degradation of the basic structure is easy to see.. All those cracks are going to have to be repair before the finishing work can begin. Think about what has happened to the structure underneath the finishing marble.
People who buy the niches and plots are who provides the money for expansion and maintenance of cemeteries and structures.

It sounds like someone spent the original endowments. Blaming the Depression is kind of crazy, as they have had almost 80 years since the end of WWII. They had an eager workforce after the war. They wanted to get back to normalcy.
