Bajiquan (八極拳) - Baji Jia 八極架 (Baji Frame) practice

Training the Baji Jia form that my teacher Vincent Mei taught during his Bajiquan seminar. This was actually the first form I learned from my teacher, before he restructured his curriculum, and it wouldn't be till about 4 years later when we would revisit this form with a different perspective.
This form was one that was taught to civilians during the time when Bajiquan was mostly taught to security personnel like bodyguards and people within the military in Taiwan.
