Ingredients
Rice
3 Cups white rice
31/2 Cups water
2 Tbsp green seasoning
2 Tbsp ginger
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp Chinese spice
Few cloves
Few allspice
1 cinnamon stick
4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable cube
Few thyme leaves
1 1/2 Tbsp fried rice seasoning
Chicken
To boil chicken
2 large chicken breast
Few bay leaves
1 Tsp salt
To season chicken
1 Tsp chicken bullion
1 Tsp chicken seasoning
2 Tsp green seasoning
1 Tsp chicken bullion
2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
To finish up rice
1/2 Medium onion
2 scallion
1/3 Cup cilantro
1/3 cup green peas
1/3 cup sweet peppers
1/3 cup corn
1/4 cup bora
1 medium carrot
1 Tbsp black pepper
