There are so many charlatan S and C coaches all pretending to have shortcuts and hacks, but the only thing that will get your body fully adapted and prepared for 12 x 3 minute rounds is doing 12 x 3 minute rounds, over and over again, with an activity level that mimics the pace and volume you intend to fight at. There are no shortcuts and no there are no hacks.
