    Democrats Failure.
    In El Cajon storm canals and storm drains so clean. No flooding.
    Republicans got it right

      SD has been mostly republican throughout its history. It's both parties fault. Republicans in the 60s never set a proper plan or budget for today's problems. They knew some of the infrastructure would only last 20 to 30 years. Both parties pushed the deadlines just because we hardly get any rain.

      Gov. Gavin Newsom is casting Republicans as unwilling to fund critical flood protection in the Central Valley.
      In July 2023, Governor Newsom signed into law a package of bills to accelerate critical infrastructure projects across California that will help build our 100% clean electric grid, ensure safe drinking water and boost the state's water supply, and modernize our transportation system.
