I recently got a box of the 4aces red shorts and though they feel cheaper and thinner than others I've grown partial to them! My roller was dropped on the metal tip that u put the tubes on and for that reason others using my machine have had some difficulty getting certain brands to easily go on but no problem with the 4 aces I want to try a 100 version if made. Also, maybe it's just me but I tend to cut my filters because all brands tend to over filter them and being used to a full flavored I tend to prefer stronger versions and the 4 aces has a smaller filter that is recessed so ya just gotta be careful! I like them though and will repurchase them! What's y'all's favorite or preferred factory cigarette? Eagle red 100's myself but as is everything else now a days they've gotten out of control price wise!
Golden harvest are the only tubes I use. Every other brands rip to easily. Golden harvest menthol tubes with a Criss cross Virginia blend menthol tobacco. And I sprinkle alittle bigelow perfectly mint tea into each cigarette. I know sounds crazy but it taste to good to believe. And tea is just a dried leaf just like tobacco.
I bought 3 boxes of shargio and not a single tube has any adhesive between the paper and the filter, so the filter gets blown right out the back half the time. I have to stick a thumb tack through it before filling it (which does work surprisingly well)
Is it normal to experience headaches when switching to ryo? My husband & I are completely ryo as of yesterday and he's had a migraine since. He doesn't usually get them. I got the GH tubes and OHM red, gold and silver to experiment. Im thinking I'll try a light tube and maybe other tobacco, see if thats why. I thought maybe it was the sudden lack of chemicals in our cigarettes. Or more nicotine than we're used to? Just wondering if anyone else experienced that when switching?
All I can say is after going to Ryo cigarettes the regular already made one's taste awful to me now...I smoke ohm bold or red & also good stuff red with golden harvest king size tubes & all that just make for a tasty smoke...I do want to try a Turkish blend from ohm or good stuff & possibly even another good brand
I received a shipment of the good stuff in which I found appx 1 to 2 small pieces of some kind of fluff per bag. Which I only noticed when the cherry burned down to where it was. Tasted so horrible I eventually threw whole bags away each time I ran into one. Very probably not related but mentioning it because it can happen. I would rule out lack of chemicals, and I would rule out more nicotine. Neither of those seem at all likely. Have you asked your husband if headaches might be a result of new ryo frustration? It takes some practice to make them decently.
@geraldmiller0896 we switched from the gold to silver and he no longer has the headaches. The gold I think was a older bag because it seemed to still be ribbon cut, the silver is cut more fine. Idk if that would have anything to do with it but we're going strong on OHM silver & golden harvest red tubes.
I absolutely love the Golden Harvest tubes.
Best tubes hands down. Every other brand rips easily. Golden harvest are very durable.
I use the Zen kind tubes with the Smokind G Turkish tobacco, very similar to Camel filters that I like and so much cheaper
4 Aces are very good as well, and for $2.39 for a box of 200, that's the best deal in town on tubes.

I really gotta try that. I've gotten good results with cloves or rose petals and soaking the tobacco in vanilla or almond extract.

I use the blue Zen & they are driving me crazy. They burn way too fast.

I concluded it was from the lack of chemicals. It only lasted a couple days for me
