I loved this with the music and sounds. I’m a single mum (zero contact with my baby’s dad) and live in a different country to my family. Sometimes I don’t get much of a break and when I do it’s easy to feel guilty and like I should be doing something else. So when you say that I should be having this time for myself, it really helps me. Thank you!

Excellent asmr meditation. Nearly had a heart attack when the advert for TUI holidays kicked in at full blast three minutes from the end!!!
In my opinion I feel like the meditation videos are the best because meditation is normally used for relaxing so it’s perfect for ASMR. yet you never really see it in ASMR so thanks for the meditation videos especially the once’s where you give instructions.
