The chimneys are just for decoration, there are lots of new houses being built with them.
BHF are moving into the old argos store
P.E.T are going on the land on dunwoody way.
Taco Bell are going in the old pizzhut.
The whole car park will have cladding on, that is what the metal strips are for

Hopefully, all the work around Crewe will be completed by the time I return next year: I know what you're thinking, don't be a sap, Steve, this is Crewe, the town that time forgot, the chaos will never end!
