True. Actually in the late 70's and early 80's his Peter Frampton Comes Alive was the best selling live album . But when he played the Billy Shears role in the movie Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band, his career has spiralled downward.

Nobody showed me the way. When I got married and had children my wife and I both made sure to show my children the right way. They are now in their mid-30s married successful with their own homes and their own families not dependent on anyone else. I've heard other people tell me stories about children that are still dependent on their parents I could not imagine that.
Never to late on that way .
We all get old. But this music will live forever.

In 1971 I drove alone from Philly to LA and back. I listened to George Benson and Peter Frampton, over and over, the entire way. This song’s live concert version is burned into my memory. Brilliant.

Such a gifted artist. I saw him performing in Belo Horizonte, Brazil in late 1982. I was only 12 and asked dad to drive me there. That was my very first presence in a concert.

I remember in the mid 70’s, this guy moved in next door and he would blast this every day on his home made speakers. He was just out of the army bought a Plymouth Duster and it was fast. My friend and thought he was the coolest cat in town.

Peter Frampton was, is, and ALWAYS will be a superstar.
I remember him back in the 60's and when he later made ''Show me the way'' I saw his cheeky grin and I knew it was the grin of someone who loved his life and loved his musical ability.
That grin hasn't changed a millimetre from 1975 and afterwards. It's the soul of the man being brought to life and enjoying every second of what is happening all around him.
You are still the man Peter. Stick around for another couple of decades mate and long life to you and yours.
And that is one hell of a great backing band you have here.

Meu ídolo desde 1976! Tenho até hoje pôster dele pendurado no meu quarto. Tomo café numa caneca com a foto dele, "durmo" com ele todas as noites, pq tenho diversas fronhas com a foto dele estampada, tenho todos os discos, cds, dvds... Amo de paixão!!! Ele está em mim, literalmente, pois tatuei seu nome e sua guitarra na minha perna!
E a idade só faz o homem ficar mais gostoso!!

Só foi risada na família, mas todos viram a baita semelhança que meu cunhado tem com o esse músico; cabelos brancos, o corpo, o rosto todinho, o sorriso a dentição...Meu!
