Ninja Nerds,
Join us for our Electrocardiogram (ECG) playlist. During this lecture we will continue on rate and rhythm and discuss torsades de pointes. Download the template below to follow along and learn how to calculate rate, interpret rhythm, and observe for any abnormalities within this real 12-lead ECG strip.

I have loved this ECG playlist! Covers most of the topics needed and explains well what to look for! Amazing work, we appreciate you.
Ninja Nerd should write a book on this stuff. I'm sure it'd be 1000xs more informative than the one my current program uses.
Perfect explanation! Just keep up the good work. Thank you so much
Totally love your videos, very informative: I learned to do the Bazetts formula for QTC a different way.
Take the QT at 400 ÷ the ✓ of RR at .64 (which is 640 ms) =500 QTC
This series has been quality so far mate. Would appreciate if you could do one pathophysiology video for all the arrhythmias as well as management
That is our plan! Cheers
mate? cheers? go back to england
@@thefenerbahcesk4156 wow...cool it mate!
Your videos are totally saving my education, thank you so much!!
Torsade de pointes... French for "Torsade OF pointes".... *takes a bow*
Nice, i need this for my exam. Thank you Ninja Nerd
Ninja nerd is legit
Keep em comming!
Great explanation sir .
This has been so helpful! Thank you prof zach!
Thanks a lot Ninja Nerd!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you soooooooo much! 🤩
Thanks!
God bless you always 👍👍
the besssttt eveerrrr
Thank you so much
Can you add a playlist for all these EKG lectures and lectures on arrhythmia? There is no playlist for these awesome EKG videos...
This is very helpful. Thank you.
Osum man!!
So would that mean the rhythm is irregular if we have varying R-R or would classifying the regularity be dependent upon the first normal part prior to the start of PMVT?
Thanks ninja nerd
FANTASTIC! I just have 1 question. In your video about arryhthmias you said that t.d.p are wide QRS IRREGULAR rhythm tachycardias! In this video you say they are regular. So are they regular or irregular?
7:20 For calculating R-R interval in sec, just calulate how many small sqares between them and then multiply with 0.04 ???
Does this work?
some ecg's have different measuring speeds
your contents are crazy fuckin usefull tho, keep it up
so cool
💯💯💯
Can you do a video on the intracellular mechanism for magnesium sulfate?
Magrnisum l-threonate is the best form
♡
In ur previous lecture u said that Torsade de points (Ventricular tachycardia polymorphic form with long QT interval ) has wide QRS regular RR interval? please solve my double ninja!!!!
please make vedio about digestive system anatomy
Ackland Anatomy is amazing for anatomy and then these guys for physiology. 🤟🏼
But why prolonged qt leads to torse de pointes
How is that called as WIDE QRS sir ?~
Can it cause strokes?
Bezet is not accurate above 100bpm.. also the argument is still out there higher limits of normal may be up to 500ms; most that present with true long qt or torsades have a qtc way above 500ms..
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I had an episode of Torsades last month that was triggered by medication. Not fun, super traumatic.
