I’m a new hire to the ED as a nurse, fresh out of school and boy oh boy, these vids will be the reason i survive the ED!!
I am currently working as a postdoc fellow at Biomedical Signal Interpretation and Computational Simulation (BSICoS) Group, Aragon Institute of Engineering Research, University of Zaragoza, Spain. My research belongs to mathematically model the ventricular action potential tissues when they under fibrillation or type of Arrhythmias. I am following your videos and it is very good and informative. I am a little bit new in the field but your videos give very good attention to know about the basics of the heart...keep rocking. I asked my friend and fellows to subscribe to your channel.

Hello - your vids are really a big help - would it be posibble to do one about pauses - compensatory and noncompensatory?
Thank you zach
I
I appreciate you
Could you please do one the general anatomy of head and neck?
Too informative can you make full pathology videos regarding all arrhythmias
Thanks boss
Hi. You are doing great job keep up. You have repeated around three times ( to do CPR for two minutes then give Epi or Amiodarone then shock) but what we do is: give shock then CPR for two minutes then second shock then medications. So, why would you delayed shock and give Epi prior to first shock. Thanks
greetings from Turkey bro!
Great video lectures. Kindly share the link to the Last lecture of Rhythm (Bundle Branch Blocks). Can't find it
can you do video on gene linkage, regulation of gene expression
Thnk you.....
Is this the last video? Heart block doesn't exist yet, right? Anyway...it has been amazing so far!
Pls do on pharmacology of antimalaria, antituberculosis, antifungal.....
Agreed
Hey man!
Please sort your Playlist like this video or other ECGs aren't added to the Playlist yet...👍🏾
thankyou
Bro pls make video on embryonic development of cardiovascular system
Can we treat the causes in the same time of the defibrillation? Or we have wait for the normal rhythm
Please add more and more examples of antidromic with W. P. W, afib with B. B. B, afib with w. P. W, SVT with B. B. B, ST with B. B. B, V-tag, pmvt, monomorphiV-tag etc
i cant find the ecg playlist or the heart block video :(
Can soemone please explain how we diffrentiate between Vfib and Torsades. Sometimes they just looks the same.
Plz make video on biotechnology
Please can you do a lecture on supranuclear and internuclear disorder of eye please
Did the heart block videos ever get posted?
What’s the difference between vfib and atrial fib on the EKG
where can i find heart block ECG ´s
sir plz make videos on DNA REPLICATION,TRANCRITION AND TRANSLATION..PLZ
How will we do differentiation with torsa de pointes with ventricular fibrillation...only by QTc interval ??
GREAT QUESTION!!
I would say the following:
1. Qt interval prolonged
2. In a perfect world a pattern of alternating high intensity and low intensity deflections giving off a ribbon pattern.
3. A lot of the time TDP converts to VF
4. Regardless of it being VF or TDP usually they are pulseless so treatment guides understanding in a way. You perform CPR with epinephrine or amiodarone and defribillate. If you are able to pick up TDP then the treatment is magnesium sulfate.
Hope this helps! Again great analysis and question
Please I need physiology textbook recommendations apart from Guyton and Hall
you can try ganon
or sembilingam also
