    Anxiety recovery video notes below:
    1) It's not that anxiety recovery is hard, it's that you are unpracticed in the elements that create safety perceptions and inner peace.
    2) Anything that connects to victimhood must be over-ridden with a new action, a new identity.
    3) If you don’t know how to do something, there is information you are not yet aware of or you are afraid to apply the information you know out of a fear or uncertainty.
    4) Leave environments and social gatherings that keep you in a low vibration, but do make you feel connected to others.
    5) Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Start to see that it is your own 'little me' that feels sorry for themselves and it’s you that needs to guide him or her out.

This couldn’t have come at a better time, Dennis. I’ve been doing so well but recently I got a little too comfortable and fell back into the trap of health anxiety- that pain in my stomach or chest, that shortness of breath, etc, despite having a clean bill of health. Gotta stay mindful and remember how strong we are, how far we’ve all come. Give the rest to God🙏

"Don't know who you are." That's such a big piece of this; I actually had face in pillow last night, wrestling the beast, and said it aloud: "I have no idea who I am." It's as if the pathway back to who I was before this is a portal door that disappeared behind me. I turn to look for the door, but see nothing. Gazing back out towards the future, I feel unarmed and disoriented. Exposed.
One thing I noticed is that, as I repeated "I don'tknow who I am,", I felt just a glimmer of a something different...for just a moment, that lack of knowing myself showed me that tyat means I'm no longer BOUND to who I was, and perhaps can build him anew...just maybe.

Brilliant message Dennis. Thank you. If you are starting a diet, you'll say its hard. If you are starting a new job, you'll say it's hard. Learning to drive a stick shift for the 1st time, you'll say it's hard, etc. People are creatures of habit. Coming out of comfort zones is looked at as "hard" it's much more comfortable to continue running the same patterns over and over. With anxiety, yes, coming out of your comfort zone is going to be uncomfortable, but with practice and repetitive behavior, it gets easier and easier. I am applying this now. Coming out of my comfort zone, being uncomfortable and giving gentle messages of safety to my inner child that she is safe. Many years ago, prior to me having anxiety, a friend of mine was going thru a breakup. She was an emotional mess. Her cousin said to her, "They are just feelings. You need to move past them already " my 1st thought was, "how rude!" Easier said than done, just move past these feelings. But, many years later, I now understand this. They ARE just feelings. Little lies and stories that your subconscious mind will keep telling you to keep you stuck in the same, familiar, comfortable rut. Time to break free!

Thank you Dennis for these important messages. I was once the person saying it was hard and I realized that by saying that I was hindering myself. I knew there was nothing wrong with me, nothing was happening I made up a story I believed it and practiced the vibration/habit of anxiety of fear and it created a great moment. Which is why it felt so "hard" or "heavy" so to speak. Once I realized that it was me doing this .I had to tell a new story, think new thougts and teach my body emotionally how to feel n think and create a different habit. You are okay, those thoughts/feelings are a practiced habit nothing less nothing more. Love you all!
