Love seeing stuff on your channel that is a little less known. It’s nice to discover music that would otherwise just would have gone by without me knowing. Hope to see more of the “losers” on the channel in the future! There are some hidden gems in those poles! Fingers crossed that Landmvrks, Soulkeeper, and maybe some more throwbacks make it on ones day!

the red ribbon symbolizes HIV/AIDS, and this video perfectly captures the feeling of loss that comes from it. this is one of the few art pieces that's actually made me cry.
I saw these guys live a few years ago and it was an amazing experience. this song was the encore and it was one of the most beautiful performances ive ever seen. glad you are giving these guys a chance. their most recent album is one of my all time favourites.

This song was on the poll for such a long time haha, love Rolo Tomassi, the album that this is from is very emotional, it definitely holds sentimental value for me... their other songs are a LOT more mathy, you guys should definitely check out another song that's more up-tempo! The Embers is my suggestion for something like this!

This was really good! It brought me back to those early days of Thursday, From Autumn to Ashes and Hopesfall. If you want another song that's just an awesome listening experience you should check out "Stone and Silver Part 1- The Mountains of Man" by Slice The Cake.

Love Rolo Tomassi so much, though they got way better songs - "The Hollow Hour" ist just the best piece of music i ever heard. No official video available, but even if its not on a reaction video, you should check that one out, you won't regret it!

"Solstafir - Non" just under 8 minutes of Icelandic post-metal with islandic vocals and great instruments and atmosphere.
So glad that you finally checked these guys out, although I have to say that this song is much better within the context of the album. A song like The Hollow Hour or Balancing the Dark would be a much better intro to their sound IMO

YESSSS One of the most underrated bands on the planet!!!
A band and track with the post-rock emotional feels I always felt deserved more attention is from the band Gates. My favorite track by them is "At Last the Loneliest of Them". They toured with Thrice for the release of the TBEITBN album cycle. If you don't have time to react to it - I understand - I still recommend listening to it on your own time as a Thrice fan. They sound alot like O'Brother too - who also toured with Thrice and has a similar ambient alternative feel.

Mathcore post-hardcore post metal band. This is one of their quiet songs, they have totally crazy onesm check out party wounds, titanomachia, old mystics, oh hello ghost. Those songs are insane
They are more on the side of converge, the Dillinger escape plan, the chariot.
And the song is just about love
You should check out Azusa, they are a super group of sorts with members of Helmet and I think it's the drummer from Dillinger Escape plan. Female lead, they've released two albums now.
Comrades are a band that use the tension between harsh male and melodic female vocals well.
Funny story my mom actually knows the lead singer! I forgot from where but I believe she owns a store near my hometown :)

This isnt the best Rolo Tomassi tune to first react too, but its still a banger, saw these guys live a few times and they are incredibly good live, you wanna listen to more chaotic tunes like Turbulence for a proper sound of Rolo Tomassi, very Iwrestledabearonce vibes for sure, plus the lead singer is a babe lol
