What a pleasure to watch! This young man is very wise, and knows what he wants to create! I can see why he is so popular, his bread is baked with love, of his craft! May you continue to grow, and prosper! Blessings!

The young man is not only an artisan. He is also an artist. Watching him making bread is like watching an artist painting. May his calm but deep conviction about his life direction stays with him for many, many years to come. Admiration from California ❤
