Excellent et surtout… une certaine éthique dans le choix des matières premières…
Plutôt rare… au vue de la place du bio (ou du plus, le moins du moins de certains produits en ajout)… dans ce pays !
Le plus… sans masque (de peur et d’énergie transmise) à la différence sur tant de ses compatriotes !

Malheureusement, des additifs sont utilisés dans de nombreux aliments au Japon et il est très difficile de trouver des ingrédients sûrs.

5:54. What makes this spinach have this color? No offense intended but that’s a dumb question from a food channel. Spinach are always green and once blanched it retains the sharp greenness if it’s placed instantly in ice cold water. Anyways I love your channel and am relishing all the episodes.

Soaking spinach in ice-cold water after soaking in hot water preserves its beautiful green color.
If the spinach is mixed with the curry and heated, it tends to discolor.
