  • Today I’m at one of the most famous bakeries in Fukuoka called Pan No Mocca. Pan No Mocca was established by the owner chef Yoshioka and his philosophy of Mottainai, which is based on the Japanese tradition of not wasting anything. Chef Yoshioka wants to avoid any type of food loss above making profit and so the shop will close as soon as everything is sold out. There are some customers who ask the chef to work here, on the spot, when they feel a strong sense of connection with his philosophy.
    I hope you are able to enjoy chef Yoshioka’s passion and his bakery which is tucked quietly in this beautiful town.
