I actually tried using ice cubes on my face for 1 week as well and recorded the results too. Instead though I wrapped it inside a soft paper towel since applying the ice cubes directly can cause harm to your capillaries. Causing harm to your capillaries will result in more breakouts basically. So it's really important to wrap the ice cube in a wash cloth or soft paper towel ❤️
