Before my face looked dull all the time, even in the mornings. But following I conducted a bit of study and made some adjustments, my face began bright and glowing in just a few weeks. Here's what I did: I consumed a balanced diet that included foods like lentils, roti, green veggies, and rice. This helped heal my body from within. I applied a face wash with the appropriate pH level and had black rice water. I chose the Litleeextra riceberrry face wash, and it worked wonders for my skin.
I formed it a regular practice to drink a minimum of 2 liters of water every day.
I exercised daily, which made me sweating and removed impurities out of my body.
I was looking for a great face wash for 2 years. I tested all the typical everyday brands, some excellent skincare brands. They were either mildly gentle and didn't remove the grime or they were drying and rough. Some even causing the skin to go in overdrive mode to produce more oil to make up for lost moisture. I spent around 800 to 900 Rs but I remained determined to nail down the right one. Finally, tried this rice berry face wash by litttle extra. This is perfect for me!! It's a gentle cleanser but cleans neatly. No over-drying or no leaving dirt behind either. Just the correct amount of cleansing. Love it.
My blemishes are disappearing with rice berry face wash and rice berry vitamin C face serum after two months of usage.

Hi miss anchal you're doing a great job spreading knowledge across, here I'm looking for a gel based moisturizer with whitening properties and higher spf because I have extremely oily skin but it should be harmful chemicals free. I found the Aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer with spf 30, perfect for me but its too pricey. Please suggest me the best option in the range of 600 to 700 rps.
