Rondo was not traditional and neither was Kidd. I think Kidd and rondo were do it all pgs. Cp3 wasn’t on their level in terms of versatility on defense or rebounding. They could pass just as good if not better than cp
Grew up with a friend who was a diehard Kentucky fan. I still remember him saying, "Rondo is our best player, but he'll never make it in the NBA". Still makes me laugh.

This is more than obvious Rondo needs a coaching job as a staff to learn and eventually become a HC. Guarantee he is id a better coach than Kidd and Nash
There's alot more to coaching than the knowledge. Look at Rondos time on the Mavs or even some of his end days on the Celtics. He was a basketball genius at times and a coaches biggest headache at time. It makes perfect sense why he and CP3 don't get along but CP3 can tone it down.
