If Kenton's like most any other man after hitting puberty, he knows very well what his "firework" is: or, should we say, his "bottle rocket" or "skyrocket" - since Mz. Perry only references the type of a "firework" that "shoots across the sky - ah - ah." Now, sparklers, cherry & smoke bombs, bang snaps, catherine wheels, along with many more are fireworks, too...I agree with you, R.P. Rosen, Mr. Chen sings of others being fireworks whilst appearing to us in what can be interpreted as being a Disco Mirror Ball costume.

This is one of their best arrangements, in my book. Just from start to end, fantastic. I love all the parts (obvs. Sam Wilkes), but just want to give a call out to Rob Humphreys on drums in this one. So many super tight and crisp fills, the "false alarm" into the first chorus where he's slurring the hi-hat just using the foot pedal, and just nailed it with the muted snare and hi-hat. Just super tight drumming!
