There was cg in the trailer but yes it was well blended. The animation and cg have come a long way from part 1 and for mappa as a studio. Also the reason they don't delay is cause mappa doesn't have control over deadlines or when the anime releases. So splitting it was likely the compromise instead of showing unfinished scenes

Here's what's going to happen regarding the ending:-
All casual fans and most anime only will love it. A certain portion of manga readers will hate it with passion. Overall response will end up being good. Personally I don't even care, I am just gonna love and get emotional over my favorite anime of all time coming to an end.
Exactly. People in the AoT fandom don't seem to realize that the cyrclejerk of people that passionately hate the ending is a very small portion of the entire amount of viewers.
@@jurassicfreak2579 Exactly, I literally just debated someone who hated the ending and told me "90% of Aot fans hated the ending, I mean look at reddit and facebook", and I just told him the people who hated the ending just happens to be the loudest doesn't mean they are the majority.

People just don’t get how big of a cultural phenomenon AOT is and how many different opinions are shared regarding the ending and the whole story.

@@FerdinandMarcosBussy There's nothing I despise more than arguing with someone who's incapable of understanding your comment but instead chooses to misinterprete everything you said simply because they disagree with you. I said nothing about people not being allowed not to hate the ending, they can do whatever they want its all subjective in the end. What I said I hated though is when people claim it's the majority of people who hated the ending when there's literally no way to quantify that, especially when they use reddit as their source of evidence. Should I repeat what I said incase you choose to misinterprete my comment again? If you want to talk about recycled phrases, at least have some self awareness to look at your own comment and then look at yourself in the mirror in repeat what you said.

MAPPA probably would've preferred to have part 3 air all at once buy it's not their decision, it's Kodansha. MAPPA probably would've preferred to air AOT the final season in either 3 consecutive cours or 3 split cours like Durarara but Kodansha is putting up the money in the production committee, they also forced AoT's notoriously bad schedule since like season 2.
Once I watched the trailer, I immediately thought "Oh, what's up with foxen anime, haven't seen him in years, how's he doin'?" And here I am lol ready to watch your overview in the upcoming episodes!

I just got back from camping and just found out a new trailer came out thanks to your reaction & insight. Keep it up.
Plus, I ain't even mad they had to divide the Final Season Part 3 into Two parts. Glad they're taking their time.
Bro there were enough CG shots, the wide shots of colossals are all CG, some closeups are hand-drawn like Eren's founder face drawn by Sano.
Beast titan was as usual CG, it got blended by effects animation (most probably by Sakai) and smears.
The modelling & rendering is really good, also the color script makes the CG blend easily (clever decision from Hayashi since he's vastly experienced in directing CGI stuff). Note that CGI gets most noticeable in daylight colors & lighting.
Yeah it’s the contrast between blue and red which makes the cgi stand out

I would rewatch all of your attack on titan vid and I miss the 10 thing you didn’t know about this character. Miss all the backstory. Really miss watching your reviews for aot during the Marley arc on the manga. But right now it seems that your not doings ass goofs as it was years ago. But just getting nostalgic. I just turned 18 so I’m not so naive now. It was great watching how scary attack on titan is. First ever anime.

@@lilmupp875 this was a single panel he was sleeping and it's shown again that he is sleeping in the paths with ymir both of them had their eyes shut it's important when you put all the other changes in context between anime eren and manga eren all the changes that mappa specifically did after eren activated the founding titan ability he starts to see black jacket eren (manga eren) these are established manga time line while anime timeline also done by mappa and wit studio in every scene eren is wearing red non hoody outfit
same with mikasa manga mikasa wears black scarf instead of anime mikasa's red scarf which was also shown in part 2 ep 19 after eren activated the founder he saw black scarf mikasa from the manga timeline and black jacket eren
this was confirmed even more in the rumbling op there is a frame of a naked adult eren (anime eren) turning into a manga kid eren in the same frame confirmed again in the mikasa doubting scene in ep 28 when she asked herself should i have given him a different answer they show the manga timeline panel instead of the am i family or something else despite this scene being animated a few minutes before it but instead of using the animated (anime) scene they use the (manga) panel
again for a third time this happens in the very final scene in ep 28 we see black hoody eren (manga eren) watching his mom getting eaten (the manga way) despite anime eren was wearing the red outfit in ep 1 in the anime and his mom is eaten in a different way again this is only shown after eren activate the founding
another evidence on why him has his eyes opened instead of sleeping is in the manga (manga eren says) everything is set stone already but in the anime (anime eren) says instead everything happenes by my will
another thing is manga eren talks about future events as future events while anime eren talks about them as past memories
that's why eren opened eyes here instead of sleeping in the manga is important
Damn! That looked good. This is what MAPPA can do when you give them time. THIS is why I don't get the whining about there being multiple parts to the ending - it gives them time to do (in my opinion) movie-quality animation.

I’m one of those people who actually loved the ending of the manga. I honestly don’t get why people were whining so much about the end. I think they had created impossible expectations for the manga but I also think that a sizeable portion (if not the majority) of the most vicious backlash for the AOT ending was really from people who derive their enjoyment from hating things. (I’m not saying that for everyone who didn’t like the end. Just those who spend a huge portion of time whining and trolling online about it.) Honestly, some of the criticisms made no sense.
The ending is fitting to the show, especially with the additional ending that shows events hundreds of years later. It ties up so many details and themes that have been a part of the show from the beginning. Was every detail perfect? Probably not. However, everyone will differ on what could have been better and why.
However, I think when all is said and done, the majority of people will view the ending of AOT favourably, and it will be considered a masterpiece. I’m not expecting there to be huge backlash from anime only people.

I know AOE isn’t happening but this is what I thought was gonna happen in the end…
It was real simple eren just puts our heros to sleep right when he starts the rumbling and the dream our heros have is the events we see in the manga but when mikasa cuts erens head off they all just wake up back in shiganchina and they missed the chance to stop the rumbling
But the problem is Levi and mikasa cause there’s a chance eren can’t do that to akermans so they’d probably attempt to stop eren them selfs idk if just the 2 of them could’ve gotten the job done so to make the ending good levi and mikasa get affected by erens brain control thingy
This way eren rumbles the world his friends live long lives and he gets mikasa

This show's releases has always been sketchy, all the way back from Season 2 taking 4 years to be released. I remember they didn't even announce that Season 3 was going to be a split season until like the last episode of Part 1. They've always sucked at being transparent with the viewers. I agree with you, instead of making Season 4 part 3 two parts, I'd rather them delay the release so we can see it side by side. All these parts just ruins the momentum & hype of the show for some viewers. After Season 3 ended, they should've never announced that Season 4 was going to be the "Final" season. This upcoming part should actually be Season 6.
