The pledge for it is actually back up and is there until March 31st. I'm jumping in after having so much fun with Marvel Zombies. The biggest payoff is now I'll have miniatures to paint for the next 10 years of my life.
Thank you for outright answering the question! I know from a business perspective (puking noises) it’s better for CMON not to answer definitively one way or another, but it’s quite frustrating when they know what people want. So many people just want to “do the thing” and combine games, and more power to them.

This is my first time ever to back a game in kickstarter, I am from the Kuwait this was perfect for me as I enjoy Zombicide games and I am a huge DC fan, and I don’t own any other zombicide games, I went all in and hopefully it’ll be worth it when it’s arrive.
I'm backing at a dollar. After the whole double the price of shipping with marvel zombies I'll never back more than a dollar until the pledge manager with CMON.
I'm waiting on sleeves to start playing marvel zombies. I want to play that some before spending more money on zombicide. I already have too much zombicide 😅. I picked up prison break, dark side, and black plague in retail. I will paint, play, and sell prison break and dark side. I'll probably keep black plague.
I only think the KS is worth it on zombicides that have an IP you love. I wouldn't want 50+ characters from anything but marvel and DC. I also don't know many of the DC characters, but batman is my favorite hero! And I've watched a lot of superman media.

Backing for what little cross compatibility there is and to get minis for non-Batman related DC characters. Though if there's a DC United I'll probably end up backing that as well. Hopefully I can find room for all this before it arrives.
$1 for now. Had some emergency expenditures this month so can't do more than that for now. I'm a bigger DC fan than Marvel, so I know I'll be happy with the purchase. The compatibility factor is an added bonus.
Currently backing $1. Plan on getting just the KS exclusive expansions and the rest on retail, TBH the exclusives aren't enough to justify the purchase now (just 1 extra playable hero, 1 extra zombie, and some 3D stuff I could probably get on etsy for $5).
Also pledging just $1 so I don't get burned with shipping like with Marvel Zombies.
I own base retail zombicide 2.0, retail Washington ZC, and got everything on Marvel Zombies except Fantastic four, artist's specials and galactus. Probably won't back more zombicide, I just backed this to be able to have PVP between DC and Marvel, with the rules from MZ sinister six or zombicide rue morgue's PVP
Currently backing 1$. Not gonna go all in with this one, but might add one (or 2) of the KS exclusive expansions. I'm a bit annoyed that one of the most iconic characters in DC comics is a KS exclusive, but i just can't afford an all in at the moment.
This would be my 6th Zombicide (classic, 2.0, Black Plague, Green Hordes and Marvel Zombies), and probably my last one.

I'm really more of a Marvel fan than ADC fan. I did just get my Marvel Kickstarter haven't had a chance to play it yet but I'm wondering if I can go ahead and household. The bystander's following what they do in the deceased game? But at the same time I'm enough of a nerd that I would want to mix marvel and dc. So maybe just the base game with the stretch goals and like the Arkham asylum? However, I do have all of Marvel United and if they put out ADC United I. Am totally going all in for that. So the question is, what do I really need?

For sure, you can house rule it especially with the harder missions I know they can be pretty hard so the more bystanders the more abilities you can have the better your chances. It’s really up to your taste. For me personally, I am a big Batman fan so the Gotham nights and Arkham asylum is a no-brainer. And I’m also picking up the shadowpack because it kickstarter exclusive and I like those characters.
They also announced the new gods expansion, and I kind of want that as well. Lol but you definitely don’t need it. Hope that helps and no problem. Bye do speech to text all the time.
DC United.. this is what is keeping me from getting this game. I'd rather mix and match my Marvel United with DC United, than mix and match my Marvel Zombies with DCeased.
I'm a Zombicide huge fan from Brazil, and, unfortunately, it was too expensive to purchase anyone of both campaigns.
All I can do is watch others play on CZcams :')

Definitely skipping, already own Marvel Zombies and I don't like that you don't have the Zombie mode in this one

Do you kmow if they will have a season 2 of this game? Is marvel zombicide only 1 season?
No, I don’t think there will be a season two for this or for marvel zombies. However, they might make more expansions for marvel zombies in the future with a reprint, possibly, but I can’t say for certain.
The real question for me is whether I should get this OR go and pick up Marvel Zombies
Well this doesn’t come out for 2 more years.
If it helps, I have played Marvel Zombies a fair bit and I had (have?) a similar issue as I ponder if I need DCeased too. If I can get over the Cult of the New hype, my logical brain is telling me Marvel Zombies just offers more. The equipment is not too big of a deal. It sort of just swaps out attacks and attacks is what makes the superhero version of zombicide so character driven. The bystander change is minor too. On the flipside, losing the whole zombie hero (hunger) mode is freaking huge. It is not just thematic. Working around randomized hunger that is more powerful, but more dangerous than hero power is not just a gimick. It really changes the game. I like both modes a lot, and losing one is a big gut punch when considering DCeased. Also big modular modifiers like Sentinels or Thanos seem more impactful in Marvel than things like Shadowpact or zombie prisoners. My biggest hesitation is if the design based around not having all heroes survive will fundamentally boost the emergent story element that the superhero version of Zcide is SOOO good at. Still, it really feels like half the game that Marvel is, but in a DC wrapper.
My main issue with this whole product is that the Joker is a KS exclusive, one of the most famous characters DC ever had, a KS exclusive, CMON man!
Jokes aside, I'm going all in. I skipped Marvel Zombies, but now with Weapons and unlimited Bystanders, I feel compelled. All I need to do later is to buy Marvel Zombies at retail just to get the human miniatures so I can mod DCeased to play with the abominations.
Yeah, with the MZ bystanders i just grab a brown mini and call it good. Kinda lame.
