BOD should become an international coach. Coming from a South African. He's so good at explaining and getting his point across.

Can you believe these two actually play(ed) in the same position?

      +rmccaw7 Which two?
Healey played mostly scrum-half or wing and occasionally flyhalf.
O'Driscoll played almost exclusively outside centre.
Burrell's played so far probably 90% of his rugby at inside centre.
Apart from that, I don't get why it would be unbelievable?

No disrespect to Healey but this is a skills section, we shopuld only be hearing one voice. BOD's!

When he says 'pick on this shoulder' at 1:51 what does he mean by that? Forgive my ignorance (non-rugby background) but a big fan of the video, to what extent do people feel it applies to other sports?

It sounds like he slightly mis-spoke. He’s talking about picking which side of the defender to run at. When he says ‘pick at that shoulder’ I think he’s actually trying to say ‘pick that shoulder’ meaning pick the gap either side of the defender. Hope that helps!
