Arm wrestling exercises. Isolated back pressure, pronation, assisted rise to see where it would dump

  • Don't think I was fully recovered yet on back pressure, but still got 90lb for reps. Went lighter on reverse curls.
Got a nice static hold on pronation on the j handle that I struggled with breaking the ground before on.
Lastly did an assisted lift to see where my wrist would fail at on rise to see if my change up in normal exercises were paying off. Hit 84lb on that which is probably the most I've done without my wrist collapsing, and it was rather not that difficult either. Probably had 90lb but I wasn't going to push an exercises that people get hurt on pretty frequently at heavier weights. To me it's just a test to see how much load my wrist can handle and that is it.
Might break down and buy a hook finisher from armassassinstrengthshop since the cone for pronation seems to want to come lose at heavier weight.

Haha thanks man! The oldman can stop when he's 🪦Those curls feel great. I had an issue trying to do them with the dumbbells that the local gym has, so this works perfect for me

Great video! I hope you crack a lot of wrists in practice

Thanks! Hoping to get rise and pronation to the point I don't have to worry too much about it and can just focus on weaknesses which are mainly in my elbow flexor
