- When was the last time you went to a concert and danced like no one was watching? The last one I went to was John Legend and it was awesome and yes I danced, we had main floor tickets and I didn't care who was watching. Covid stole 2 years of my life and I wanted to just be free and be me!

Watching your paintings come together is like watching an episode of Wheel Of Fortune…. You sit there watching all these little clues popping up and then all of a sudden BAM! All the blank spaces just kinda fill in and the “image/answer” becomes clear as day and you’re like, “holy crap, how did a perfume bottle, jeans, a flower and some couch just create a whole story of a woman celebrating and dancing at an electric energized concert?!” It leaves me brain fuzzeled… in a good way!! 😮 Much love my friend!!🤗💕

OH!!! Tiffany this is EXQUISITE!!!! well done I love her. Isn`t this fun??? Yes paper is not what it used to be but that can be an advantage you just adapt. I love the challenge. When I was studying a friend did a wall mural with news paper, she did city buildings and people it looked incredible. Our dentist has a life size photomontage ( collage ) lol!! art piece of just a women done in flowers no background. Photomontage and collage have been around for a long time and there are some amazing artists and your piece is EXQUISITE!!!. I am looking forward to see what is next. I LOVE HER!!! 😍😍🤗🤗😍😍
You need to take a photo of the piece in your dentist office! I need to see that, life size....OMG! Have you ever made your own collage paper? I'm thinking of trying it. I tried mixing some of my vivid intense paints with gel medium amd then used that over the printed paper and it looked really cool. Sometimes it's hard to find paper in the colour I want, so I thought making some of my own would be fun. Thoughts? (I would love to do a wall mural .... what stops me? What the heck do I do with it when I get bored of it? It would be a pain to remove ... but I guess you could collage over top of it 🤔

I'm actually trying to figure out what to do next. We have the ColourArte Spring Event in a couple of weeks and I have all these amazing colours and so many ideas .... I can't decide what to do!

I’m so excited about collage, montage etc, Can I cut & use anything out of a magazine? Do I have to worry about copywrite?
From what I understand collage is an artistic artwork in its own right that uses pre-exisiting materials including artwork and photographs. Provided the collage is transformative enough .... so basically if someone saw the magazine they wouldn't know what page you took from what issue it could be classified as fair use. Now I'm not a lawyer, and there is always a risk but I try to ensure the original is unrecognizable or I use royalty free images. Hope that helps?
