They were so moved by the sheer pure unadulterated *GORGEOUS, HAUNTING, & SUBLIME VOCALS & SIREN CALLS OF PURE PERFECTION THAT IS LAUREN'S VOICE* that they were moved to overflowing tears, and therefore couldn't see anything and accidentally pressed the DISLIKE/thumbs-DOWN button when they meant to click the LIKE/thumbs-UP button and never noticed the mistake. There is *LITERALLY **_NO_* other possible explanation.
