- Hey guys! We need your help with picking the "Kurt" guitars headstock. If you haven't watched my last video about the aluminum guitar, make sure to check it out! Let me know in the comments before which headstock you like the most.
I think B. It’s incredibly clean while still being an obvious homage to Kurt. I feel like the other designs get in the way of the neutrality that B has. A especially is a little too over the top imo; the guitar sounds so cool that I wouldn’t want it to be aesthetically limited to grunge/alt-rock. Also the musical interludes in this vid are sick!
I think I dig the B headstock the most. Also the K in the headstock is such a cool detail! It kind of reminds me of the univox hi flier one

I think B matches the guitar shape and Kurt’s sketches the best. Great work 🫶 and awesome video.
Might be in the minority here, but regardless of which one I personally like the look of, D just feels like that's how it should be. Like seeing the sketch of the whole guitar, it just really sits well and feels like that's what it was meant to look like. Because it's attached to a whole guitar and should feel cohesive.
100% Design wise I think it is the best.
I instantly fell in love with A it is probably the nicest and coolest headstock I have ever seen. Also love those music parts with those shots of sunset and Seattle. Keep it going man!

I like B with no heart, then A. The heart works but does look a bit too cute, it contrasts too much imo. If it has a heart I think it would work better with an anatomical heart to fit the IU vibe
Maybe the heart would be a nice homage, but a little more subtle approach in having it engraved on the backside of the headstock.
your videos are like Documentaries, or some form of art and i personally really enjoy watching them
and for the headstock design i think A fits the punchy tone really well so i like it the best
D is my favorite. All the ideas are great, but I think the heart is a more subtle/classy reference to where it comes from. D with the heart cut all the way through the headstock would be awesome too ! Love you videos, man. You're very inspiring, congrats !
the b design totally rocks, the k in the nirvana font seems like the way to go! also congrats on your wife’s first song, i never sounded that good when i started guitar!
I think I like B with the heart the most. A is great too, but maybe a little too sharp. And regular B is also great, but the heart just adds a little more individuality. All designs are great though, and I'm excited to see the finished product!
Definitely A. The headstock is overall pretty unique and the oddly shaped K just makes it super recognizable. It would fit this guitar really well.

My personal preference has to be B, Kurt's original jagstang sketches had that exact design and I think the letter K with the nirvana font especially fits the theme of the guitar. I really like A as well though it looks very raw with sharp edges and it definitely stands out the most.
I really fell in love with A, but once seeing Kurt’s journal, I have to go with B, it’s much more of a homage!
A all the way like it's instantly recognizable and just fits for the legacy of Kurt and the guitar itself
I mean B, but can we just all appreciate how cinematic every single video of yours looks? Dude, you've just made a video for simple A/B/C/D choice that looks and feels better than half of the s**t that's currently in the theatres. Love it.
I absolutely vote for headstock B WITH THE HEART TOO as i feel it is the most kurt inspired one if you will.
Definitely A. It’s a K in Kurt’s handwriting, the hole through the headstock is super cool and unusual, and the shape is perfect. A all the way. This project is really coming together, man… congratulations!
B is my favorite and seems to be a very respectable homage to the drawings you showed from his journal.
B, definitely. I think that A is also very cool, but it's sort of... too cool, I guess? B is the closest one to Kurt's sketches, which is a nice touch, considering the fact that you guys came up with the idea of naming it after him.
Whichever design ends up being used, I absolutely love this project. I'd love to get my hands on one of these guitars whenever I'll have the money to afford one.

B with heart is my favourite because it refers everyone to the iconic character of the font and the band, but also to your personal quest for THE sound !

Definitely choice A. It's the most iconic and standout in an amazing way
I definitely vote B, the big k on A is a little too sharp and big. But B is a call to Kurt while using the Nirvana punk font that's neat and clean but perfectly represents what you're calling back to. I'd love one of these no matter what you pick for the headstock but I definitely think B is the way to go. B with a heart is also a good combo

love the videos and love all the headstock options but my favourites are most definitely both A and B
I read a comment by @blah163 on your last video that had the perfect idea so I’m just gonna paste it here:
Flip the K sideways so that it's symmetrical left-to-right when the guitar is held vertically.
That will look better. Kurt played left-handed, so I think it would be cool if you put the left side of the K towards the top. It will read correctly for left-handed players. Since most players are right-handed, it will usually appear as a backwards K. That could be your logo.
Alternatively, you could put Ks back-to-back, creating a kind of star shape. I think your last name could work for the brand name and the model could be "K". So, a Rash model K.
B. And yeah, we’re gonna need your music at the end released. Like now. Sounds amazing.

im coming to seattle in about a week. as much as i love rainy seattle im excited to see it in the summer. love the production as usual on this video, personally i like b the best for the headstock. cant wait to see your plans for the future aaron, keep it up.
I like all of the designs, but B is the coolest. I feel like it's more of a statement. It's like seeing the 'K' in that particular font instantly says 'Kurt' to me.

B is my personal favorite. I dig the homage to Kurt's personal designs and the K being the same font they used throughout various media types seals the deal for me.

Personally, A is the best and most agressive-looking. Although, I think it would be nice to have other options where the 2 little "horns" are symmetrical.

Man I been through a hardcore very bad 3 years, breaking up with my girlfriend at this moment too ... I think b is the favorite. I love the shape of the headstock and the less “in your face” feel about it.
B looks great, not just for a one-off, but for a larger brand. If you're ever thinking of expanding.
A for sure, the other ones don't even come close to the power of this one !
B is my favorite, i think a hole in the headstock would be cool as well like in the Travis bean guitar
B is the way to go. an absolutely gorgeous headstock. the K cut out looks absolutely fantastic.
B, I like the way it is written and how the headstock is one of Kurt’s designs for the jagstang. I think that’s pretty cool
I'd say take the B headstock, but use the heart design from D on it (enlarge it slightly so it sticks-out a bit more) and move the K inside the heart. You could even add extra depth to the design of the heart to make it look like an actual Heart-Shaped Box.
I'd recommend avoid using headstocks A and C. A is a bit too extreme for the design of the guitar body even though it is very cool and very 90s (maybe save the design for more angular models so it can match better, you don't just add a Flying V headstock onto any guitar imo). And C might be awkward for those who'd like to use tuner clips and/or other accessories.

Honestly the A one looks a little sharper and edgier,
And C and D not quite a fond of it
But i’d say B would be fitting and great, since kurt originally designed that headstock shaped concept for the jags-tang, So i vote for B!

B with the heart seems perfect for the mood this is going to be used for. I like D and B adding the heart i dont think would be "too much" clutter as it fills in the last of the available free space respectfully
I really like b. It’s simplistic but it still gives off a grungy type vibe.
B is my favorite. The top curves tie the whole guitar together, it matches the curvyness of the horns and makes it more cohesive. I like the logo choice of this one the best, personally I prefer it without the heart.

B with the K, I love the connection to Kurt's design for the Jagstang. Also, nice cover of "Killing Moon"! It sounded like Elliot Smith covering Echo - which is an awesome mashup.

B honestly sticks to me the most shape wise, but really to make it feel complete i think with the heart and K or kurt logo would look beautiful.
Dear Aaron with your lovely wife, the "b" headstock is matching perfect the shape of the guitar. It is exactly what Kurt designed and as we all know Kurt had a lot of style. Headstock "a" is more for metal guitars and not for our case.
Headstock "c" is to much girly I believe 😂. Headstock "d" is my second choice. One more idea is to write the whole name of Kurt, like " Kurdt" on the headstock like the signature guitars. It could be engraving let's say.
