Excellent job Balaji. Felt proud of Krishna Shenoy, one of our own Konkani bhandhav was the first to receive knighthood from Lisbon, Portugal in 1536 (Kudva, 64). Hope we will hear more such Konkani heros who collaborated with the Portugese. Ramoji Sinai, Tuka Sinai, Narayan Sinai, Rama Kamati, Pitambar Sinai, Naro Mantri, Jivba Kerkar, Lakhna Lad, and many others...
Balajibab, you have fone an excellent job in your presentation. It is time the authentic history of Goa is brought on the table, for all to know. Your information is slways enlightening.
