It is the most accomplished, complete, round song that they have created... of what we know at the moment: the lyrics, the interpretation, not only the singing, but interpreting what is being sung, yes, the contained anger coming out in a claim : "you can always kill what's immortal but, it just doesn't apply to me." The bass work, the bass work! The drums, the main riff, the solo... the solo...! It flows naturally, unfolds and culminates in genuine, splendid emotion... and no need for 20,000 notes per second. Perfect. A perfect song!
In other hand, I aprecciate you work. Great job lads!

I really like this performance because you can hear that Bass of Ale's so clear and Dany with that amazing solo ( the sound gives me an arena rock feel) and Pau's vocals on backup to Dany are awesome. I went and pull out the Autographed album that has the lyrics in it and it is CAN. Awsomw job you guys. So excited for the rest it only gets better.

One of my top three favorites, mostly because of Dany's great performance. That sneer at the start made me a big fan of Dany. Funny, her real personality seems to be just the opposite of that ferocious snarl. Flawless solo! Love it! Next one somehow rocks even harder.

Fun fact: (this was confirmed in one of their Vlogs somewhere along the line). The scream recorded into the backing track at 7:15 or so was actually Dany! The girls were looking for a good, long, terrifying scream to insert somewhere in the track so they stuck Dany in the Warning Cave with a mic, closed the door, and flipped off the lights, and she literally screamed her head off!😱😁 Scared all 3 of them and their Mom too, who was doing something elsewhere in the house.🤣 They got their scream though!😉 🤘😎🤘

You can always kill what's immortal is what was in the original lyric sheet from the Kickstarter reward and the lyric sheet for the album. Keep in mind, this woman's mind is very twisted, depraved and psychotic. It's also possible it's an oversight (rare but possible, English is their second language). I look at it from the entire body of the song and don't let myself get too caught up on the conflict of can, or the possibility of a missing contraction 't.
Also, the "korosu" comes from Japanese anime. Pau is a big fan and thought it would be cool to work some Japanese into a song.

The one thing that stands out in this song/performance is Ale's bass - it is just a killer, but there is too much to choose to like about this number, from Danys incredible performance, especially her solid guitar solo - again I wish Dany unleash more on her solos, she is too good,to Paus pounding drums, and backing vocals,to the taped effects throughout the song. I would honestly love to see Metallica cover this dark number. As for "Korosu, korosu" I'd say that was thrown in because Pau was learning Japanese.

In most cases there is a difference between immortal and invincible. Immortal means cannot die from age or disease in most literature, but invincible means that they cannot be killed. So, in this case the lyric "You can always kill what's immortal" makes sense. She's claiming that she is not able to be killed and is thus invincible.

WoW, you guys just gave me a lesson i have not attended before. Your analysis opened up new aha moments for me. But as we all know TW are masters in songwriting and arranging songs. Huge masters when it comes to use language and put their own special touch in all everything they do. And i think this is the reason no one is ever going to be able to copy The Warning. We will se up and coming bands trying (like they are already doing), but they are never going to be able to copy TW due to they adding a bit of them selves in to every new song. And Dany´s solo 🤘 It is off the charts, so beautiful and yet rock anthem stuff. I can picture her playing that at a arena concert and the huge crowd 10´s of thousands are going wild. This is art, passion and life! Great job both in reacting and analyse guys.

Great reaction! This is one of my favorites on this album. Pau wanted to be able to speak five languages by the time she turns 20 (next January). Japanese was one - Korean and Chinese also. It hasn't turned out that way. She didn't anticipate how hard east Asian languages are for western speakers. She has always said that Japan is a place they want to tour. You'll know what the claw marks mean when you react to Hunter! One of the Patreon rewards is hand-written lyrics by a band member of your favorite song. • @LanceLust1980HugeTheWarningFan

If you pay any attention to literature, you can indeed kill an immortal being. If they aren't killed, they live on forever. Ever seen Lord of the Rings? The elves are immortal beings, correct? Remembering the reaction in Fellowship of the Ring from Legolas when someone dies? He doesn't understand it because he's immortal, and has been with only those who are immortal for his whole life. But during the battle of Helms Deep, one of those elves is murdered by an Uruk-hai. He was indeed immortal, but that doesn't mean an immortal cannot be killed.
The inclusion of a Japanese word is from their love of Anime. I'm sure this has been pointed out, though... :)
