I wonder how the Chelsea stadium redevelopment saga will eventually end and in what it will result?

Juventus stadium was "delle Alpi", wich had capacity for +70 k people and was build for the Italy '90 World Cup. But in 2006 it was closed and finally demolished in 2009. Juventus Stadium is built on the same ground. It's unsual, but in the early 2000's Calcio attendances were plummeting, and moving to a smaller venue seemed logical (Moggigate did'nt help also).
