Many countries have a national sport stadium, which typically serves as the primary or exclusive home for one or more of a country's national representative sports teams. The term is most often used in reference to an association football stadium. Usually, a national stadium will be in or very near a country's capital city or largest city. It is generally (but not always) the country's largest and most lavish sports venue with a rich history of hosting a major moment in sports (e.g. FIFA World Cup, Olympics, etc.). In many, but not all cases, it is also used by a local team. Many countries, including Spain and the United States, do not have a national stadium designated as such; instead matches are rotated throughout the country. The lack of a national stadium can be seen as advantageous as designating a single stadium would limit the fan base capable of realistically attending matches as well as the concern of the cost of transportation, especially in the case of the United States due to its geographical size and high population.

The rules say: either throw-in, corner kick, or goalie kick, depending on where the ball left and what team kicked it. The rules should be the same in Greenland, Brazil, Croatia, or Australia. 😉

In Australia our biggest multi purpose stadium is the Melbourne Cricket Ground in my hometown of Melbourne. When full for a soccer match in particular an international with our national team the Socceroos the capacity is around 103,000 people and believe me it's a sight to behold.

But the national Stadium of Indomitables Lions ( Cameroon🇨🇲 ) is no longer Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium.
Since CAN 2021 here in Cameroon, we moved to Olembé Omnisports Stadium, also called "Paul Biya Omnisports Stadium". It's a venue of a capacity of 60000 sits, and completely cover by a roof. It's has been designed for and only the National team.
By the other hand, there is another Stadium where they often play, it's located in Douala, and called Japoma Omnisports Stadium, venue of a capacity of 50000. The second home of the National.
Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium is for sure historical for everyone in Cameroon, but it remains yet at the third place.

And the name "narodowy"??? Official name is stadium of Sport Lisboa e Benfica", but is also known as the stadium of light or the "cathedral". Im from sweden and first of all, sweden play at Friends Arena snd it says Tele2 arena. Secondly, th capacity is 65,000 and not 30,000. And the picture is not of Tele2 arena so at least the picture is right but then again, its an old picture and this picture says its called Swedbank Arena but it changed to Friends Arena

Thats bc most of them would go bankrupt if they were only there for the National Soccer/football team. Also a lot of national stadiums are NOT built for supporting the National team... they're built for the Olympics so really the Football pitch is whats ruining the stadium not the track.
