Even though I have studied and even worked with IT and networking, I have never thought about changing IP on my router so easily :D
Because I thought only the way to make IP release, but that would give you the same IP 99% of time.
(Btw, you probably do not need to hide your computer IP, if it begins with 10, 192 or 172. All those IPs are private and it does not matter for outter world. You can study public vs private IP if you want a deeper understanding)

so, I'm making a server for personal use with a couple friends, and I went onto a server called ExeosCraft to ask what some of the plugins there were because I wanted to add some to my server. I got banned for a week for trying to "steal/copy plugins" (I don't understand this because plugins are for everyone? And I didn't even realize what they meant here until I read that they had handcrafted plugins for the server. I was not asking for those; I was asking for PUBLIC ones that are always on server hosting sites. Even so, I was only adding a couple to my server because I liked the plugins because they were fucking cool.) and "blatantly advertising my own server" (which I don't understand because I never mentioned my server in full length and went "GO JOIN IT" and shit, I just said "I need plugins for my server" I didn't even say it was for everyone's use. No. It's just for my friends and I. I only addressed it as my server. I didn't even plan to tell people to go play it because I'd read the rules prior, and didn't want other people to play anyway.) Now this pissed me off because that was my favorite server, and I don't think I did anything wrong? I deleted it because if that's what the moderation is like, I'm not going to participate in their server even though I was making a massive video on it. That's just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.

if you have dynamic ip you can turn off your router atleast 5mins and turn again to change your last digit of ip

the default username and password for spectrum is admin, login go to advanced scroll all the way down and click MAC clone then unplug you’re router for a minute, plug it back in and unplug it again my router number changed from starting with 24 to 47

this is not gonna work. your supposed to change your ip address before we do any of your steps. regardless even if we enter the default gateway into the url bar. we wont have access to the router.
