My daughter is 33 she is on vent in little rock arkansas, she has 7 yr. Old twins. Prayers please, thank you❤.
I'm praying she is receiving best medical care, she has been on it for 24 days, she is slowly improving. She has got to get better.
God bless!
Praying for your daughter! And sending good vibes your way🙏🏻🙏🏻
Praying for you and those babies! Sending love and prayers to you and your family! My Mom is in ICU and I’m researching foods so I can try to help get her home.
Hope she is better!!!
She died Aug. 19, 2021
Well then I hope I am protected because the last two years I have been eating blueberry raspberry strawberry and blackberries in my steel oats with cinnamon and little peanut butter so I pray to God that I protected
Your nick name should be Berry ahaha jk
The way the oats are made these days could lead to other issues smh
Thanks Dr Oz for talking nutrition. This is the other side of the pandemic that is mostly ignored and very important.
TWO OF MY FAV DRS!!!! LOVE DR HYMAN TOO! WE JUST NEED TWO MORE: Dr Phil & Dr. Axe!!! Can you get them on the show too Dr. Oz?? YOU BOTH ROCK! THANKS!
Thanks for the lesson in health.
Skip breakfast to reduce insulin and inflamation

This is real health advice.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Wow great Docs
We have a friend who is obese, has severe arthritis and in a nursing home. She tested positive but was mostly asymptomatic! But she drank milk like crazy.
He fails to tell us that turmeric isn't well-absorbed without black pepper.
Thanks again.
Marks a great Dr. I took lots of his advice to help my daughter with autism.
Dr Oz thank you for teaching us how to be healthy!
You're welcome , 😉 ....( You did read my comment?)

👍 Great love this!
I’m so glad that Dr Oz talks about essential vitamins and the importance of good health to try to combat Covid. This is my biggest complaint about the media. They don’t talk about preventative care.
Dr Oz is very helpful , allway's improve life
I am very proud 👏 of what u r out there in the world. Good 👍 man wish u very healthy and happy New Year 2022
I’m using in all my foods, it’s very and healthy, thanks 🙏

Thank you for sharing, Dr OZ
Turmeric, ginger and vegetables are regular diet in India...
Last check, my Ferritin was at 874 due to inmflammation. I'm terrified of getting CoVid. :(
I love all this food and most in my diet. I rarely get colds and flu and l guess thats why. Thank you for your shows Dr Oz.
I have had the flu once in 20 years yet my doctors are screaming at me to get a flu shot.
where can we get the show notes, or at least the recipes from your shows, Dr Oz??
Mark hyman MD is the doc. Surprised they don't maybe on the website.
Start your morning with alkaline water or powder it's great for inflammation and acid balance
Yes but how much do you need a day for it to actually work?
More THAN ever
I love blueberries. I have reactions to certain brands of vitamins like chest pain.
Me to. I thought it was the vitamin. I never thought about changing brands. Thank you for the comment
I have a sensitivity to turmeric. Wondering why but more importantly what can I do? Is such sensitivity common?
Dr. Oz maybe do a segment about Factor V Liden
chemicals from household products, including sanitizers, chemicals in personal products, processed food, sugar, flour, dairy for non vegetarian improperly fed animals for those who eat meat. I see them coming through my cash register daily and I see the results
gotta add black pepper to the turmeric for best absorbtion
Curcumin with black pepper
Turmeric also makes your food look beautiful 💜
Quercetin helped my son. Health food stores
This one is for the champions 👍
Do you know that chip bags are filled with nitrogen now and not air?
I came here to learn about Tumeric and was interrupted by a stupid ad. Thank you, rewind.
Where does the show air ? Which Chanel ?
Thank you both!!!!!
I know turmeric is so good for you, but i just really don't like it on my food. I wonder if the capsules work just as good for you
I use the supplement capsules, it helps.
We use turmeric/ginger gummy supplements we found on Amazon. They have a fruit flavor and taste delicious.
Ohh here u go😄👏👏👏👏
Inflammation happen at any moment at anyplace, tissue, organ or joint , it's a process part of metabolic healing and recovery, it's only good went you have good food, nutrient and water to heal your body.
I'm so pleased some folks get to buy those things , As for me I live in another reality , A pension less than 18 thous a year , 3 thousand goes on rates , 2thous for power 1 thousand for phone , 150 car rego, house and car maintenance ,I visit my husband every other day in Aged care , and food in nz is expensive and has just jumped my costs by nearly 20 dollars , fuel costs are high , Surviving in this country IS A skill , anyways .I do ok , other folks in Syria suffer more than I, at least I have a roof and a bed , 😑
Preparation for cytokine storm was the only thing to save my son. 28 days with covid. Doctors didn't tell me about this.
Wondering how you prepared for cytokine storm. We have the daily Dr. Zelenko protocol, selenium, liposomal Vit. C and a high-absorption curcumin supplement (Theracurmin) and micronized mushrooms, but we’re not allowed to keep 1v€rm3ctiN on hand. 😫 It’s still banned as an off-label support medication by the medical establishment.
Hey Dr. Oz, In nursing school I was taught, A, D, E, & K are the oil-soluble vitamins as opposed to the others which are water-soluable. The oil-solubles can be dangerous if taken in excess. I understand it's rare and you'd have to take much more than a couple thousand IU, but still, really not so safe as you make it seem. Please tell your audience to be cautious with vitamin D3 and always talk to your doctor first--even if it's only a vitamin. Love you and thank you for sharing your gift of knowledge with the world. : ) Be Well.
This is how the drug companies have controlled us for years, they are constantly putting out unwarranted fear mongering so people are getting far less eg Vit D than needed for optimum health
This is very true. I’m one of those people who became toxic in vitamin D. Along with others. The saying that you pee out the excess isn’t true when your taking tons of it everyday.
Are the Turmeric supplements as good as ground stuff? I really don't like the taste of Turmeric so I would rather take a supplement.
I have a question about turmeric and cucurmin. I have heard that it is VERY hard for turmeric to absorb in the body since our bodies are made up of mainly water. With that being said, I have read that turmeric alone can not absorb without curcumin. I have heard it absorbs better with ginger root and black pepper in it. Is there truth to this? I recently was introduced to this product called Vidafy Curcumin Plus. This product helps with so many things, but mainly inflammation in our bodies. I have been advised to take 10 drops a day 5 in morning and 5 in the evening. It has vitamin C, Vitamin D, ginger, and polysorbate 80 in it to help our bodies absorb it more. Is this anything that anyone has heard about? I have heard it is liquid gold and has improved so many people's life - pain free!
Ginger garlic cinnamon honey not to great to swallow but is awesome
Dr Oz what about the honey that’s the way I have my teas otherwise I don’t sweets I never care about sugar my food has to be salty what can you say about the honey
Hi Dr Oz! Can you please do a segment on how to repair the skin's acid mantel after it's been destroyed by years of severe chronic eczema?
Millions of people have eczema worldwide, and I'm not the only one who wants to know.
Thanks and have a great day! 😀
My son has severe excema - he cut out dairy fish wheat and red meat - he juiced and ate healthy. After 7 months he was almost excema free! Skin was clear like I’ve never seen before! However he lost weight and fell back to eating the above : ( it came straight back, if you can try and maintain it - it really works!
@@RA-ik9un Hi! 😃 Thanks for your reply! I agree with you because I have already done what your son did 😁 I eat a vegan and plant-based diet (it's my lifestyle) for many years now. I have anaphylactic allergies to all fish and shellfish, so I never eat any of it - plus I hate seafood lol. Changing my food intake to be plant-based vegan is what helped me the most of YEARS of going to doctors, dermatologists and skin specialists and they weren't very helpful tbh. I also live a very healthy lifestyle: I don't drink, smoke or do any drugs. I limit eating out and processed food (because all of that causes inflammation in your body which is not helpful when you have an inflammatory skin condition such as eczema). I also limit my sugar intake (again causes inflammation and other diseases too). It's very easy to do because I make 99% of the food I eat - so it's healthier and safer (I have food allergies too).
Once your son makes it a lifestyle, he'll be fine! 😄 I understand it's hard to eat in a disciplined manner continuously. I've had to deal with this since childhood - so, I know the pain.
Anyway, have a great day! All the best to you and your son.
@@mangoesnbreadfruit01 Bless you for this reply I’m so happy for you! I will definitely pass your information back to him it’s very helpful! When he stopped the good diet he was in his early teens hopefully he will try again now he’s a little older and really push through! And in the meantime let’s hope Dr Oz responds to your question I would also love his view! X
Gluten free totally saved me from eczema. Whenever I would eat gluten the eczema would flare up again
@@acmcle6860 I am gluten free too 😃 I noticed the same thing when eating gluten too. I'm also vegan and focus eating healthy (you can still be an unhealthy vegan by eating lots of processed foods and junk foods...). Removing dairy was also huge because dairy causes massive inflammation in the body and eczema is an inflammatory condition. So, when you decrease the inflammatory foods you eat it directly impacts the severity of your eczema. That's what I noticed for myself. I also don't drink or smoke at all (I'm allergic to cigarette smoke) and those two things ruin your overall health, but also sends eczema into massive flare-ups.... because those things are inflammatory.
Is fermented fish rich in vitamin K2?
We took our 19 yr old to a functional med doc like Hyman. She is lean, exercises, is smart, eats clean (b/c we all do) but has focus issues and anxiety that stops her from living well. Found out she has some genetic variants that impact IL6 (she swells from a mosquito bite), methylation MTHFR, COMT which drives the anxiety and a few more issues. She also has a celiac gene (so it was good we don’t eat wheat), had leaky gut and H Pylori. She would have had a horrible time with covid. She even overstimulated to the vaccines. So don’t be smug, people. Find out more about your health and your ability to fight illness instead of assuming you are better than others. It’s what you don’t know that will hurt you.
Did you receive any solutions that worked well?

Keto diet with good fats vegetables proteins. Intermittent fasting and no sugars and cereals🇮🇹👩❤️
Im trying hard. Never had to diet before, but at 49, it is time for a diet now
@@kimsmith819 true.!
I'm no nurse nor a doctor but read that Keto Diet isn't everything you need. Keto doesn't invite fruits as I understand it. There is a little harm in this type of diet. Our body do need natural sugar like eating fruits which is okay. Regular portion daily. I once went on a diet, no fruits until much much later. By the time I reach 6 weeks of no sugar of any kind, no fruits just vegs, dairy, meats (be careful), etc. I didn't feel right but couldn't put my finger on until sooner than I expected, the word came to me, my mind as if my body was trying to tell me something. FRUITS!!! I thought really? Fruits? I didn't get sick, my body was sensing something was missing. I ate strawberries and immediately felt good. My body felt relax. Strawberry and other fruits cannot get you to gain weight. It's the portion of how much you are allow or should eat. I have Keto cookbooks that I like using their recipes but I won't go on a Keto Diet. It isn't for everyone. If you can simply stop eating natural sugar and feel fine in a long run, so be it. Your body do speak, listen.
@@vickil6325 You can eat however you wish, but here's the truth - there is no need for dietary sugar of any kind. The glucose used by the brain can be created through gluconeogenisis. I am quite healthy and energetic at 75 eating keto, free of all sugars, grains, starches, alcohol.
Wouldn't it be great if that is what Dr. Oz promoted.
Sad.🙄👎
DR OZ! YOU SOUND LIKE AN OLD SCHOOL GANGSTA in this one! haha I LOVE IT! YOU ARE SO COOL!!! Thaks Dr!!!
Knowing 80% of us are pre-inflammed population scared me.
Quercetin is the best
I got CoVid - was pretty sick. My CoVid doctor put me on a low inflammation diet and it really helps me with my long haul symptoms!
What was your diet?
@@brendacardenas1420 - look up low histamine diet on the web. Basically I had to cut out all dairy (but I eat eggs for breakfast), ALL sugars, no coffee, no alcohol, cut out all breads, pastas, rice, cereals, potatoes (etc), all processed foods, eat only grass fed or at least organic meats (chicken) but do red meat minimally. I eat lots of veggies and low histamine fruits. It helped me with recovering from CoVid so much! I’m not 100% yet, but it’s helping!
@Thunder Cat - just since December, but with the Low Histamine diet I googled from the internet it helps me so much!

I have Meniere's disease and I'm supposed to keep inflammation down. My triggers, bad triggers, are dark chocolate and pickles; pickles I guess because of the high sodium. Bananas make me feel horrible for some reason. This video helps me too.
chocolate, pickles, and bananas are all high histamine! check this out: czcams.com/video/sICD0Kn6pR4/video.html
Do some research into this Dr oz.
What’s kind meds helps with inflammation?

so this sounds like i was exposed to covid without the respiratory issues. my body suddenly exploded last august with inflammatory issues and it’s run throughout my entire body, muscles joints tendons ligaments and organs and nerves. I was literally fine one day and not the next. it’s been about 14 months now and my body is still under attack even though i was already mostly plant based and eating lots of anti inflammatory foods. I’ve now on an elimination diet since january but only seems to be helping so much. something had caused me to have sudden malabsorption also. I dropped 30-35lbs over 4-5 months without loss of appetite. no fever, vomiting or diarrhea. I’ve beem saying from the beginning this has to be related to covid. I was active and fit and working out now I can’t even do two pushups without feeling like my bones will break! 😞 I was deficient in vitamin D in 2019 so began supplementing. level of 15 and it was around 53 when all my symptoms started. my levels are now just over 100 but still having tons of inflammation that i never had before!
Im glad to find somebody dealing with the same, I’ve been under attack too, my COVID was mostly mild but now my body is acting up.

That's probably even better
Eat kale. Eat spinach. Enjoy the benefit!

Funny how Hyman doesn't mention black pepper as well.
