I’ve been a Vegetarian/ Vegan sometimes for 25 yrs. believe me it’s expensive to me to eat healthy, even though I live on a budget it’s still cost money to buy healthy foods. ❤

Until the issue becomes clearer, many doctors recommend that women who take hormonal therapy or who have estrogen-receptor-positive breast cancer avoid soy supplements because they contain high concentrations of isoflavones. But in general, it's fine to eat moderate amounts of soy foods as part of a balanced diet.

I was actually shock that chocolate actually help with reducing cancer 😂 but it does make sense anyhow. It is hard for a diabetic patient to have chocolate though. I think budget is also important because for people who are living in a middle stage family, because supplements are very expensive as so as the materials that are needed to be brought. It is worst when inflation comes in and the economic stage of countries are not getting anywhere better 😢 My grandfather have severe cancer issues and could not afford very expensive healthcare and constant buying healthy food. But I think this is quite useful and I learned a lot.

@@yuanqingoh6848 Most chocolate has a lot of sugar added to it. Sugar causes inflammation. I wish he had said that. If I have some chocolate, it is 95% cocoa, which has very low sugar.

Also the TRUE Med diet. I all non gmo and un processed olive oil, fish that was swimming in the sea the day before you eat it. Healthy grass grazed live stock. And no Round up AT ALL. But for that you have to move to Sardinia Italy
