Why is it difficult to obey God?

A brief clip from a Q&A session I had - in my walk with God, I have come to see and understand that obedience to God is like a muscle you take to the gym and train. Each task God lays before us is a weight that goes against our natural inclinations but if we will lift it, we would find our strength increase and our ability to do more improve. This video is a blessing and the write up in a description box is 🔥Instructions from God come to us as a weight and when we obey we literally lift that weight which develops our muscles…This explains why obedience is hard at the beginning but once we have obeyed it becomes more easy to maintain that obedience…📌📌📌
