Research God's time/calendar in Genesis 1:14. God’s Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars. God MAY allow “The Powers To Be “ to enforce some type of “Sabbath Law” to see if we will keep His law or no before He delivers His scattered people from the nations. How can the true Sabbath be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc, if we are commanded by God in Genesis 1:14 to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc.? Besides, the beginning of God's months start with the new moon days. The Gregorian Calendar hanging on our walls, in our houses, do not start it’s months with the new moon day as the scriptures testify. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that time/calendar....How can the beginning of the month start in the midst of a month or, how can the first day of the month also be the seventh day Sabbath? God has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day, they never, ever, overlaps each other. Ezekiel 46:1-3, 2 Kings 4:17-23. Look at the scriptures in Genesis 7:11, Genesis 8:4,5,13,14 and tell me what and whose time/calendar is being used here? We must abandon our traditions, stop worshiping God in vain and do things God’s way. Let us not deceive ourselves, there will be no good reward for keeping man’s doctrines in the place of what God commands. We make God's Word of none effect when we cling to our traditions. I want to watch this over and over again, I've been so obsessed with trying to be somebody and I feel God calling me back to just abide in Him. I’ve saved this video in my “watch later” for some time now and never had energy to watch it. I’ve been a born-again “church girl” for many years since Sunday school. The spirit of God hit me so much the past week about repentance and life of pleasing God. Today is day 3 of my prayer and Holy Spirit reminded me of this video 🥺. All I can say is I’m grateful that I watched it now and not earlier because it hits different now. Thank you very much for this, may Jesus Christ bless you. I’m grateful for this fresh start.
This is absolutely what I needed to hear to confirm everything the Lord has been teaching me over the past 6 months. In November, I felt so convicted because I knew my heart had drifted from God. I was so focused on my life, my school, my success, the opinions of others, and my own worldly pleasure. God wasn’t at the center and I knew it. So I prayed earnestly to him, “Jesus, take the number one spot on the throne of my heart. Don’t let anything compete with you. Do whatever you need to do to rid me of these idols.”
I meant it. I didn’t want to be in a place where my meaning and identity was in the world. I felt restless and discontent and ashamed at the state of my heart.
Soon after I went through the most difficult season of my life. ALL the things that I looked to for fulfillment were shaken. I got sick, I began having issues with my singing voice, and I started experiencing excruciating anxiety and depression. My idol of perfectionism was struck down as my life was often just a matter of “getting through the day” rather than worrying about doing things correctly. I went full nights with no sleep. I stopped eating because i had no appetite. My heart rate was constantly high due to stress. I had no choice but to depend on God during this time. I was so confused, especially in the beginning, asking God WHY He was allowing this to happen. It felt pointless. I felt helpless, weak, and like I didn’t deserve it (though I truly deserve much worse). I started seeing a Christian therapist and began to learn about all the strongholds that have kept me from living out my full identity in Jesus. My heart’s inner desire to please others, to do well in the world, to have it “all together” in my own standard.
And although I’m much better, I’m still dealing with anxiety now & I’m still healing. I also contracted laryngitis and have trouble talking (let alone singing). But I’m not confused anymore. I know it all has a purpose. What He has taught me through this time is priceless. He has struck down my idols and shown me through experience that the greatest gift is HIM. And this video confirms what He’s been trying to say all along. He knows what I need, He wants to bless me, but He loves me so much that He wants me to find HIM! To be with HIM! To know HIM! Like you said, if He just immediately gave me everything I wanted, I would say thank you and walk away. But He wants to prepare me for something greater. He wants to transform me into the image of His son and this can only be done by seeking His presence and spending time with Him. If he healed my voice and anxiety immediately, I could easily walk away and get distracted by the world again. He’s so kind that he’s giving me a quiet time and space to seek Him and experience His presence. He’s preparing me to receive what He has planned. And they’re all GOOD things!

My husband and I were sharing similar testimonies with our son just yesterday, to encourage him, and myself, in the ways of God; He loves us so very much, that instead of giving us everything that we need or want at once like the story of the prodigal son (which often times we fumbles through pride) He transforms us into the likeness of His Only Holy Son first, which gives us everlasting relationship with Him, and access to ALL the goodness in His Kingdom as He has already promised us anyway💝

God spoke to me today!😭😭This was recommended to me and I watched breaking down into tears this morning. I realised this is what God wants me to do. To seek him first. I finished watching in tears and decided to have my morning devotion. Brethren.. when I saw the scripture reading and memory verse I broke down even further. It is clear according to Isaiah 48:17 God has spoken. "He is the one who teaches us and leads us along the paths we should follow." Since he has plans to prosper me and bring me to an expected end, I should seek the Kingdom and see all other things fall into place. I feel so blessed that God spoke to me today. This is really wonderful Ezinne. In Matthew chapter 6:28 - 34, it talks about how beautifully the lilies of the fields are, even Solomon in all of his riches wasn't as beautifully dressed as them. If God could take out time to dress the lilies so beautifully even though today, they are on the field, and tomorrow they are trampled upon, won't he take out time to dress us as well. Aren't we of more importance than they? Therefore do not be anxious about what you shall eat or drink, for the lord knoweth you need all these things, but seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all these things would be added unto you. In the words of a wise man, seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all these things people are dying to get and have, would be added unto you. Therefore do not loose faith and diligently seek God, for when the testimonies come, we shall be like they that dream...

@@freshliving4199 if you find yourself dying to you flesh or deciding to stop certain things that you loved or enjoyed because the Holy Spirit is not pleased then thats how it starts. Then you become more sensitive to God and less to your desires. Like for me I was obsessed with social media but the more I got into God’s word the more I put my want aside and little by little God gave me strength to stay away. He also heightened my want to tell people about him and seek him and get to know God more intimately like the prophets in the Bible knew him, and that’s not what my human self would have wanted.

Gospel means Good News
When you see a building, you know there is an builder. When you see a painting, you know there is a painter although the builder or the painter may of died hundreds of years ago. So when you see creation, you know there is a creator, and that creator is God. In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth. To not believe in God is to believe that nothing created something, that is impossible for nothing to create something. Say if there was an explosion that created or cause everything, where did the elements come from that exploded. See it is a never ending cycle, the only truth is to affirm that God has no beginning and no end and he created all things. The creator is greater than his creation. So we can not put him on the same level as a man. All men have a beginning, but God had no beginning no end because he is not a created being.
God is one being 3 distinct persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Each person is fully God, all co eternal and co equal. The Father is not the Son and the Son is not the Holy Spirit. They are distinct.
Here we can see each distinct person of the Godhead at the same time, showing they are not modes. The Father speaking from Heaven, The Son ( Jesus ) getting baptized and the Holy Spirit descending as a dove onto Jesus Christ ( keep in mind Christ is not Jesus last name, it means anointed one or chosen one ) he was given the name of Jesus because he would save his people from their sins.
Then Jesus went from Galilee to the Jordan River to be baptized by John. But John tried to talk him out of it. “I am the one who needs to be baptized by you,” he said, “so why are you coming to me?” But Jesus said, “It should be done, for we must carry out all that God requires.” So John agreed to baptize him. After his baptism, as Jesus came up out of the water, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and settling on him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”
Matthew 3:13-17
Jesus is the second person of the Godhead, the Son of God. The Father sent the Son ( Jesus ) to be born by the power of the Holy Spirit through a virgin named Mary. He was miraculously born. He is one person with 2 natures. Fully God and fully man. Jesus submitted himself to the Father in his humanity and lived a perfect life he was obedient until death on a cross. This is the legal implications of the cross, the 10 commandments is God's moral law and Gods standard is moral perfection. Here is some of them: You shall not lie, You shall not steal, You shall not commit adultery ( Jesus said whoever looks at a woman to lust has committed adultery with her in his heart, the same goes for a woman lusting after a man, And you shall not murder ( whoever is angry with someone is a murderer at heart), You shall have no gods before me ( This is to make up a God to suit yourself ) Do not take the name of the Lord Your God in vain ( Things like saying OMG and using God's name as meaningless or replacing a four letter filth word with God's name or Jesus Christ. To violate just one commandment is to be guilty of breaking the whole law. The wages of sin is death and punishment in hell which is God's prison. The punishment is eternal because God is eternal, We broke God's law and Jesus paid our fine. If you are in court and have a stack of speeding tickets and somebody pays your fine the Judge can let you go free even though you are guilty. That is what Jesus did for us on the cross. He gave his life so that sinners maybe reconciled to God and be free of the coming Judgment. He paid our wages our fine. It is appointed once to die and after this comes the Judgment. That is why Jesus last words on the cross was IT IS FINISHED! He finished paying the debt. He was buried and rose from the grave on the 3rd day defeating death proving he was who he claimed to be. God is so good he must punish sin, we will have to pay for our own sin if we reject the only person who took God's wrath for sin. There is no other name under heaven in which we might be saved. In order to be saved from God's wrath we need to repent ( turn from sin) and trust in Jesus alone not our own goodness. We can not be good because we have already broken God's law that requires perfect obedience. Jesus kept the law for us, when we repent and trust in him. His perfect life gets credited to our account, so when God the Father looks at us he sees you as perfect and righteous. (Please consider this)
Suppose a murder rapes a woman and slits her throat but stands before the judge and says I help older women cross the street and give to the poor, a just Judge would say I am not judging based on the works you perform but judging you based on the crimes that you have committed. In the same way good works can not save us. All religions outside Christianity teach you can be saved by good works. And again, by knowing the court system we know that a criminal is not going to get judged by their good works but by the crimes they committed. God is rich in mercy for all who call upon him. Turn from your sin and trust in Jesus Christ alone and you will inherit the Kingdom of God and live forever. For God so loved the world he gave his one and only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Hii! I was in a similar situation as you, I was a Muslim and wanted to get closer to God. So, I started reading the Quran. After I started to read it, I realized that the God of the Quran was way more different than how I imagined God would be like. I couldn’t recognize him… This wasn’t the person who I prayed to and loved over the years. Then, I decided to give the Bible a try. I was so confused during that time because the Bible (New Testament) seemed so true. I cried out to God to reveal Himself to me, whoever He was, Jesus or Allah. Then I met Jesus Christ in a dream, and kept revealing Himself to me over a month in miraculous ways. That was lifechanging. I assure you Christ is different than anyone and anything, you could never imagine it.
So, I beg you, humble yourself, open your heart and mind, and call out to God; ask Him to reveal Himself to you. I will pray for you everyday 🙏🏻
“For this reason I bend my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner self, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to all the fullness of God.” Ephesians, chapter 3, verses 14-19. NASB (the translation)

God is desiring those who will seek His presence and not His presents just like the Samaritan woman by the well in John 4. When we seek His presence then all those long sought presents will follow us. When we intentionally seek for God’s glory in pleasing Him, honoring His word, loving others, worshipping Him intimately then He will reveal the hidden treasures of the kingdom to us. Though Solomon is not a perfect example morally but he sought for wisdom, and in return God blessed him with astounding success and wealth. I got this scripture (Matthew 6:33) last year when I was praying about 2024. Unconsciously, I have been overwhelmed with so many things happening at the same time in my life and I see this video as a reminder of what God requires of me in this year. I was just watching "HOW TO MAKE JESUS SMILE" by Pastor Elvis and right after it ended this video came to me. I have been struggling with seeking God first for as long as I can remember. Every time I am asked to write what I want God to do for me or I ask God for something , this is always first on the list but my struggle has been on how to actually seek God. The right way. I have been deeply blessed by this video. I pray the Holy Spirit directs me and guides me to Know God for who He is and not just what He can offer me in material things. God richly bless you.

It's unique how I've watched this before, but I didn't have the understanding that I do now.
It all makes so much more sense and indeed I'm grateful to God for growth.
I had this moment recently where I had spent moments of time in prayer with God and when I came out, I could feel the joy within me.
The people around me kept commenting about how I was glowing and sincerely, I knew that it could only have been Abba.
Seeking the Kingdom of God first, is dwelling in His presence... Knowing God for yourself, knowing his nature and that nature within you and not just what others have told you.

It's not by works....God has done everything He's going to do!!! We have to stay in the presence of God!!! He want us!! I remember one time you posted on your story; probably in 2020 actually, about how you danced in the spirit and got answers to some prayers. You shared the particular song Infact. I can’t really remember the details of the testimony, but I was like hmmm, let me try this.
I danced to that song the next day, danced over my requests etc, and I remember feeling so disappointed because nothing happened 🤣🤣
God taught me so many great lessons from that situation.
I was telling God yesterday that looking for a job is tiring for me at that moment I felt peace and now this video gave me more understanding of his ways

In my experience with this, in seeking first the kingdom of God i had to let go of so many things in my life including vanity,
Woman and vanity go hand in hand, and it's very difficult not to focus on yourself when you see everywhere the internet, tv, your friends,and even inside church, how trends are being followed. God has become 2nd 3rd and even last place in Christian's lives. I'm at that stage where I don't care at all if i marry or have kids or have a lot of friends or i dress accordingly to this world's standards only to feel like i fit in this society.
I just want to please the Lord in everything I do, say, act and even in what i wear; because I know that this world is not my home so why will I waste my time trying to fit or do things that don't benefit my spirit. I would rather store up for myself treasures in heaven.

This is a great video, thanks for sharing. When you showed the exchange rate for the currency, it reminded me of pen-pals I used to have back in the day from Africa who would send me African currency wanting to me to send them U.S. currency. It looked like so much, but I think I looked it up one day and saw it was worthless to me. I guess I was wrapping up my pen-pal season and I remember I had collected so much African currency (which I didn't ask for), and I believe it was the last pen-pal from Africa I decided to just send it all to them. I hadn't thought about that in years. I hope it Blessed them.

This message got me so emotional. I really needed to hear this, indeed i was so blessed and i feel stirred up.
I can reealy relate to everything you said, especially the hallelujah challenge part because i also had that experience, praying to God for a my result in an exam i was writing during that period and things did not turn out so well. I felt so down and cried but later i realised that i had in one way or the other idolized my academics and getting good grades.
Noticing this, i to wallow in the past but to follow God more in the new semester and after listening to this, i really feel uplifted in my spirit to continue to desire God more not for what i want or desire but to be the woman He wants me to grow into.

Yesternyt while praying I asked God to show me a sign as I had just read it in the book of Isaiah 7:11
[11]"Ask a sign for yourself from the Lord your God; make it deep as Sheol or high as heaven." It didn't feel right asking this of the Lord but my lips in prayer did ask and today I found this video ... I don't understand how you came to me. God has answered me and cleared the doubt in my head

Greetings from the U.S. Thank you so much for sharing this. I have always had trouble with the seek ye first scripture as well. I always thought it meant giving or serving, but now I see it it is seeking God's presence. I can't wait to start seeking Him in my room on a regular basis. I never felt I could experience God alone anymore. I was always trying to find Him at church and felt so scared and angry when I couldn't go. But this video reminds me of the beautiful place I was in when I first received His Spirit back in 2014. I felt so alive and free, and light. As I've gotten older and the pressure of responsibility has risen I feel like I am looking toward more of the world for answers and asking God to show me through the things I am seeking (career, changing appearance, new opportunities, more money, ect) and not just relying on Him. It's almost like I had forgotten how to just be with Him. I feel like that version of myself is fading and I am desperate to get it back. Especially since I do need Him, I just feel this desire to be doing more, like I have so much more to offer than what I am doing but I need God to take me there. I am looking forward to spending this time with God and just feeling His presence again. So many great things were happening in my life back then too and I am looking forward to great things happening again. I've been in a pretty dry spell since 2017. Thank you gain for this blessing. Stay in the anointing there is literally no other way. God Bless you and your family, through life and navigating as the world changes.

Wow🙌 this word is timely! I'm so blessed by this. When I started by 2022 I told God all the things I wanted to do. My yearly planner was so filled with targets and achievements, but God had a different plan. Into January, He brought me to His secret place, a place of prayer. He gave me the same word, "To seek first His kingdom and everything else will be added." So, instead of all the achievements I wanted, I began to do so....it has been an amazing journey, and here i am, listening to you and knowing so well that I'm on the right path to where God has destined. Cause these things that your looking and seeking for can cause you to sin, can cause you to displease Him ! Alors que when you seek God first, you have His interest at heart !
