Your son koda it looks like he knows his future to be a singer, but first and foremost karaoke is a must, for Lucy I love her outfit for swimming. The bowtie on the shoulder is cute and it fits perfect for her on George I have no complain. He is such a good dad.

The rice is wrapped in coconut leaves and it is usually served not warm. The wrap gives it a distinct coconut leaves taste which is indulgent to some. We call it Puso (heart).

One Lechon dish i really want you to try is Lechon Paksiw. It's a Lechon stew with a unique taste. It's really good. Whenever we buy Lechon, we always set aside a portion to cook as Lechon Paksiw. :)

Roasted pig is available in the UK. If you go to many castles during their summer fair they will have a full roasted pig which is sold with a bread roll and apple sauce. And then eat it while watching jesters, jugglers and jousters or men in armour hitting eachother.
That rice is called “puso” because it is shaped as heart. It is steamed wrapped in coconut leaves.

Wow, Lechon! I haven't tried that for a long, long time since I tried Talisay Lechon at the Sinulog Festival courtesy of our Cebu host. It's the best lechon I've ever tasted. For dried mangoes, we went to the R&M office and factory at Guadalupe, Cebu City, and bought dried mangoes and its other dried fruits.

When you go to a foodcourt & order food or in that case lechon from one stall, you dont have to have their rice esp if you dont recognise it. Go to another stall for rice & ask for hot one😊

Hi guys, I suggest next time taking the new 3rd bridge, which is the CCLEX, is the best way to avoid traffic and for more convenient and faster travel from Cebu City or mainland Cebu to Mactan Island, and vice versa. It will take you only less than 10 minutes to reach Mactan Island from Cebu City through South Road Properties (SRP).
The iconic 8.9-kilometer Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway or CCLEX also known as the 3rd Bridge or Sto. Niño Bridge, is the longest, tallest and the largest bridge in the Philippines and connects Mactan Island through Cordova town to mainland Cebu through the South Road Properties (SRP) in Cebu City.
Just pay an extra 90 pesos for the toll fee, and it's worth it: no traffic, faster travel, and an amazing and breathtaking view of the skyline of Cebu City, the sea, the mountains, and the Mactan Channel.
