- Hi everyone, welcome to Abbey's Kitchen! In another edition of What I Eat in A Day CZcamsr Reviews, we will be taking a look at Australian CZcamsr, Bonny Rebecca. She is among one of the many CZcamsrs who went UNVEGAN but continues to eat a predominately plant-based diet.
A reminder that everything in this video is for entertainment purposes only and you should always seek the advice of a health care provider for your unique case.
So, let’s meet Bonny!

I could watch these videos all quarantine long
aw Abbey thanks so much for this kind review video! I love your videos and you have really helped me so much :) and omg if you ever come to Australia you are totally invited to Taco night haha! x
Maybe this is asking a little too much, I'm sorry if that's the case, but I'd love to see a collab between you and Pick Up Limes :)
I love this format - I get to see so many more meals and actually get a feel for each of the youtubers you review, and I love Bonny's videos! I've watched her for ages and it's so nice to see her get such positive credit
I feel really bad for Rebecca and the whole backlash on not being vegan any more.
"CZcamsrs are allowed to change and evolve." PREACH!
I would love to see miss fit and nerdy. She’s very science based but also has a very “healthy” diet. I would enjoy to see a dieticians perspective :) hope you’re staying safe and healthy during these crazy time
Loving the new format, so much more in-depth and gives a bigger picture by reflecting on patterns rather than individual meals. And honestly it channels more positivity, which we all need right now.
Have you ever considered making a video about the many youtubers that try out other people's extreme diets for like one week? I think buzzfeed kinda started it and now its everywhere. I always wondered if it was harmful to radically change your diet over and over. I assume it is, especially if its an extreme change again and again but I'm sure there's a lot of science behind it. I think I read somewhere that its better to be overweight and consistent than constantly crash dieting, that's when a lot of problems arise.
Abbey Sharp‘s Buzzoword-bingo: balanced ✅intuitive✅protein ✅oil✅
you should check out rebecca leungs what i eat in a day. shes a recovered anorexic and i think her what i eat in a day videos are great.
Do amberlynn Reid's weight loss and "intuitive eating"
You should do Maryana dvorska!! She’s spoke before about her struggles w food guilt and binge eating and she’s a gymshark athlete, I think she’s a great role model for intuitive eating
Maybe do a video on Blair Walnuts! She always tries out extreme diets..
Could you maybe review K-pop idols diets? These idols have a huge influence on their fans but their diets are quite problematic.
Thank you Abbey! This was really great to watch. I just wanted to acknowledge that this new style of "what I eat in a day" reviews is super informative but must mean so much more work for you, reviewing several videos rather than one! I do think it gives a much better representation though and I thoroughly enjoy watching them! I also love how for this one you referred back to some of Bonny's other videos, it's so clear that you're trying to understand her journey and approach fully and I think there's a lot to be said for that because it would have been much easier to not go through all of that effort and pick out one of her videos to base your review on.
I’m with her on not labeling yourself with a strict diet. People seem to let their diet become their identity and that leaves no room for a person to grow and evolve. But all over the place it’s like “Hi I’m Vegan!” “Hi I’m Keto!” “Hi I’m Paleo!” “Hi I’m Gluten Free!” Okay that’s great but what is your name? LOL Like hi, I’m Might Have A Beer With Dinner Tonight. 🤷♀️
I am HERE for this Bonnie Abbey friendship!!!!
Is this really realistic for most people? I feel like something is wrong with me because I can't go a day without "junk" food of some kind. Eating only whole foods is boring for me.
I would love to see you review Kathryn Morgan! She has an amazing story, got to principal dancer with New York City Ballet at like 20 and then had to quit due to undiagnosed Hashimoto's disease and now years later is a professional ballet dancer with Miami City Ballet. Many young dancers follow her so it might be good to check it out and see how balanced she is eating!
