Welcome to "Unlock 100% PTSD VA Rating: Combat Vet's Ultimate Guide." If you're a combat veteran struggling to navigate the intricacies of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) rating system for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), you've clicked on the right video. The system can be overwhelming, the paperwork insurmountable, but we're here to help you through it.
    🔒 Why Watch This Video?
This video is a comprehensive guide that has been meticulously researched and assembled to assist combat veterans like you. We explore the nuances of combat-related PTSD and why it's different from non-combat PTSD, especially when it comes to filing your claim with the VA.
    🔥 Combat vs Non-Combat PTSD
It's crucial to frame your PTSD as combat-related, given that combat-related PTSD doesn't require the evidence of a stressor event for you to be eligible for a disability claim. This one detail can significantly streamline the process, saving you both time and stress. We dig deep into the requirements and how you can frame your experiences in the military to make the most robust claim possible.
    📑 Navigating the Paperwork
The VA disability claim process can be a bureaucratic nightmare, but we'll guide you through each step, ensuring you know exactly what to do. We'll cover required documents, medical exams, and how to gather compelling evidence to support your claim.
    ⏳ Timelines and Deadlines
Time can be your worst enemy or your best friend when filing a VA disability claim. We'll discuss how long the VA typically takes to respond to claims, what deadlines you need to be aware of, and what to do if your situation is urgent.
    👨‍⚕️ Medical Support
An important aspect of your claim is the medical evidence. We'll guide you on how to consult with medical professionals who can diagnose and document your combat-related PTSD, thereby strengthening your claim.
    👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Social and Occupational Impacts
Your claim's success may also hinge on how well you can demonstrate the social and occupational impact of your PTSD. We'll share tips and tricks on how to convey these crucial aspects convincingly.
Don't traverse this challenging journey alone. Hit the subscribe button and ring the notification bell so you won't miss out on any crucial updates. Together, let's unlock the VA rating you rightfully deserve.
Thank you for your service and for trusting us to guide you through this process. We're with you all the way.

I have my first panic attack in the office with her. I said I want my wife in the room immediately and I'm not saying another word until she's in here. My wife walks in and asks if I'm upset because I'm talking about my childhood trauma. The examiner asked a couple more questions and the interview was over within 5 mins after the panic attack and my wife coming in. Claim was denied stating it wasn't service connected, AND the examiner didn't say a WORD about my panic attack, I don't think. That was about 3-4 yrs ago. Now what can I do? Before, I only put in a claim, with no Lay Letters or anything, just the medical history after service (which is when I started showing strong symptoms)

@@vaclaimsacademyhello, do you have the exact CFR38 link that shows how the VA defines Combat-related PTSD. I have a diagnosis with PTSD due to a combat related exercise simulating war however I can’t find the information on the CFR that mentions this qualifies as a combat-related PTSD. I found something on the CRSC which is different.

Can I get disability for PTSD if I did NOT go to combat?? I still have nightmares from 20 years ago! I even dream about being a POW and being tortured. Seriously I have those nightmares even though I never went to combat. Don’t even know how that’s possible.🤷🏿‍♂️
