- OnAir Company is a career mode add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, and Prepar3d that I love using. This is the sixth video in an ongoing series where I show you how to build your virtual airline company. In this video, we'll learn about Freelance Jobs and the new Freelance Weekly Schedule feature. Both of these features let you avoid the tedious logistics of normal jobs and managing your company, and just get flying quickly in any plane you want.

I know you made this in the past, but can you generate the schedule in Simbrief? Great series Kip
what about freelancing jobs for planes where co-pilots are required?
Do you plan any guide on these new industry features about facilities & camps at all?
Not sure when they were added but also looks interesting?
Yep, and they are awesome! I've been trying to make a video on it, but I keep running into bugs with the feature, so I've been waiting for them to be fixed
@@KipOnTheGround ooh cool, well look forward to that then whenever it comes out.
The main bug I’m waiting to be fixed is that you can’t purchase Basecamp Construction Kits from any airport that’s selling them. When you try to buy one, it says you have to do it from a size 2 airport. Even though they are being sold at tons of size 1 airports.
@@KipOnTheGround oh, it quiet new isn't it this industry part? Like in beta or something for industry so i guess they sort the bugs as they go if new?
Welcome back my man, are you active on On Air again?
Thanks! Just a little bit. I’ve actually been giving A Pilot’s Life a try lately, and learning the 737-700 a bit for that. We decided to abandon the OnAir VA because it was pretty much dead after so long and overall we don’t like how complicated it was to participate in.
@@KipOnTheGround all fair points Kip, and glad to see some new content! I've been learning the airbus and have ordered the new airbus panel from kickstarter :)
@@KipOnTheGround Oh, I enjoyed the guides. I tried the trial back when it launched, and a few improvements since is nice to see, although the 24/48 months price make it more afforable I never subbed for longer than the trial. As the have-to-be-subbed-to-play model didn't suit me tbh.
I tried a little FSE Economy, which is basic, and free, but it is a little old now and limited on avail places for FBOs and but doesn't have the issues with locations of planes & pilots. But isn't fancy looking like OnAir.
I may try Neofly as that is a free VA and looks maybe better than FSE but not tried Neofly yet.
However I do tend to take months breaks & rather free VA or single purchase price as the subscription model is so off-putting as many games, and services all what subs these days and they soon add up & if you have not got a lot of money.
Thanks for the content
