  • If you are planning to visit Piazza San Marco in Venice, in Italy, here you’ll find a short clip on things to do in the village, with a sightseeing map on the most relevant points of interest to enjoy, so you can easily imagine and organize your trip in Saint Mark's Square.
    In this video you will give a look to some of the major attractions that you can't go home without having seen if visiting Piazza San Marco, where you can find four of Venice’s major attractions: Basilica di San Marco, a Byzantine marvel, Campanile, Torre dell’Orologio, and Doge’s Palace - a Gothic palace, seat of the government under the Venetian Republic.
    Some additional information:
    -Saint Mark’s Basilica was built in 1092 and contains wonderful mosaics and byzantine works of art;
    - Campanile was completed in 912, it is the tallest building in all of Cenice, and from its top you can get the best panoramic views of Venezia, but also see dolomites mountain;
    - Doge’s Palace has a wonderful front facade design made of white stone with a series of diamond patterns on the walls.
